This is the worst Home Depot in the Grand Rapids area when it comes to employees knowledge of products and helpfulness. They are slow and rude. Drive the extra miles to Granville, Wyoming, or Alpine.

Excellent service! The staff here are super friendly and make sure you get the help you need, even recommending other places if they don’t offer a product or service there. It’s like they’re part of the community, not just another business out to get your money. It is slightly pricier than say Big Lots or Meijer, but they do have a much larger selection and a very knowledgeable staff. Last time we stopped by to get blinds trimmed because they were too long. DeAnna was able to cut them to the perfect size for us free of charge! I will definately be coming back for all of my home DIY needs :)

It’s a Home Depot, big chain home improvement supply store.
Probably the best one in town, they have a very good selection and are always stocked well.
My most recent experience with them was in the paint department. Very happy with my results. They have a large selection of paint to be applied on many different surfaces.
Store is excellent, layout is very similar to most stores.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
I recommend you come here for your home improvement needs.
Or if you intend on making a giant Trojan horse they have the lumber, hammer and nails needed. (I would probably use deck screws though)

Went to find a water filter for a Kichenaid refridge. The person in appliances did not know how to find the right filter. Asked if someone was available and told no one else with knowledge is available. I went to Lowes and they helped me with the purchase.

I go to them all and this is my favorite. Best staffed and tool rental as well. My wife thinks otherwise but Ive had great luck and always learn something new there.
