Cinnamon Rolls are #1 in the Michiana area — voted on by our customers. Apple, Blueberry, Cherry, Strawberry pies just name a few of our top sellers. Muffins, Scones, Breads, etc. fly off of the shelves daily. Our Famous Cherry Amaretto cake or Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Buttercream just to name a few of the favorite cakes. 2015 we introduced Meatball Sammy’s (sandwiches) for lunch to fantastic reviews by the customers. Stop in and eat good food. We pride ourselves in sourcing local foods as much as we can to create outstanding food for you and your family.

History

Established in 2014.

The Bakery started as an idea many moons ago and thru baby steps and learning the trade it became a reality in March of 2014.

The goal of the bakery has always been to make great food with Local ingredients. We source as many local, organic, non-​gmo products to create some fantastic baked goods.

A cake can look as pretty as possible however without quality ingredients the flavor can be lacking. We go all out for the quality ingredients to make the best tasting cake before it gets all gussied up.

In the kitchen since the age of 5 she has turned her love of baking into a local art form. She goes after flavor first –pretty second. She has thrown out countless recipes for their lack of taste. She bakes nothing she wouldn’t eat herself. Marianne never turns down a challenging recipe or to help out a late order.
