Dirty store! Nice staff but the bathrooms were not stocked, drink station had garbage everywhere and tables were filthy. Hope the food is good. It was standard McDonald’s but they skimped on the lettuce. Fried were cold. It’s dead and no one is cleaning the lobby. Meh.

This McDonald’s is either hit or miss. Depending on the staff of the time of day you visit, you might wait an extended amount of time and not even get the correct order. Definitely remain wary when traveling to this McDonald’s, as its service seems subpar to its affiliate stores in other areas.

Very impressed with this mc d’s… this is our breakfast stop before heading outta town after each trip to Grants Pass… staff is always very friendly and polite… kids play area is very neat! Not what I’m used to from my CA mc Donalds that’s for sure…

One of the positive things about coming to a McDonald’s is suppose to be the quick turn around of orders. We rolled in here on Monday night on the way to Crescent City from Medford and found chaos. Lots of people were inside, orders were being taken, but when you order two large fries and two drinks and it tastes 15 minutes to get your food, something isn’t right. In McD’s defense, the fries were hot and tasty when we got them, but 15 minutes for fries? Come on.

Second visit since the remodel and really enjoy the update and added Play Place. However, second visit was met with poor service, which I am not accustomed to receiving from this location. We visited this location on August 18, 2013 at 17:38. The KVS order was #85(top of ticket said 385) and was ordered as Take-Out rather than Dine-In. The order was placed on a tray at which point we waited for available staff for the order to be bagged. A manager asked what we needed handed us a bag and walked off. As a former McDonald’s employee, I had been trained to bag Take-Out orders as part of good customer service, not hand over a bag and let the customer do it themselves. Once the order was bagged, my Mother asked the same manager for a straw and napkins. This was the first time since the remodel my Mother had been in the store. The same manager handed my mother a straw and informed her she could get the napkins herself. While the remodel gets 5 stars, the customer service experience(or a lack thereof) gave this a 2 star rating. Poor service leaves me less likely to offer recommendations to a place or offer return business, especially from a place I had been previously trained that excellent customer service is key.

Best fast food in the city, anyway as far as it goes. I wouldn’t be doing this review if I didn’t want to get 100 first timers before my friend does. lol At least I’m being honest.
