Yogurt Hut Grants Pass

Love this place. The young man (Matt) working the cash register was fantastic! He was cleaning up everything the entire time we were sitting yogurt. He was also a good rep for the company. Very polite. The gelato was fantastic! Great flavor!

Not much to say here other than the froyo was good, large assortment of flavors and toppings but the establishment is so small! If the person in front of you is having a taste test, you are basically stuck waiting until they are satisfied with whatever it is they are sampling. More than one and good luck not needing to wait even longer. And with only one or two clerks working, when a group wishes to sample that will make the process even longer.
The one girl working on that particular day didn’t acknowledge our existence until we were in front of her wanting to pay, because again they were so busy and focused on getting the group ahead of us their samples.
Once we were able to get to the buckets and to the yogurt the process smoothed out, just wish it weren’t so small and a hassle to get things going.

I’m so glad that we have a Yogurt Hut in Grants Pass. They have a good selection of both yogurt flavors and toppings. It is always clean inside and there is plenty of seating. It is a great place to meet with friends, and get a sweet treat!

I brought my kids here for the 1^st time couple weeks ago ever since we keep coming back anytime we got a chance, they have pretty good amount of toppings prompt service an very polite cashiers bathroom it’s pretty clean tv is on most the time on kids channels what my kids love c’mon frozen yogurt plus Disney channel on lol I love this place an since I travel a lot I can’t bring my kids as often I want it to but I ill definitely I recommend it to everyone

Soo good, I love everything! !, Definitely worth the cost!

We tried to come on a Sunday night but ended up getting there just minutes after they closed at 9 PM (so I was wishing they were open just a bit later on Sunday and Monday!). But we made it back during the day on Monday. The assortment of toppings is pretty good — there’s hot fudge & hot caramel, and the fruit vs candy toppings are mostly separated in two different areas. The candy tends more toward things that are already in pieces (m&ms etc) rather than crushed candy bars, although they had a couple of those too. I didn’t like that the employee actually has to get the samples FOR you (not just that you have to ask for the cups, but you don’t even touch the machine) — maybe this saves them some small amount of money, but I like being able to pick out what I want to sample without someone standing right there. I will say the employee was extremely prompt about giving us the samples. A few of the flavors were too liquidy. The bathroom was clean, they have water and cups out, and there are a few seats outdoors. Since this seems to be the only self-​serve frozen yogurt in Grants Pass, I guess I’d come back.
