Murf’s Marvelous Pancakes specializes in Scratch Buttermilk Pancakes topped with AMAZING Handcrafted Syrups. Every Saturday we feature our signature syrup flavors of Bourbon Maple Cream and Lemon Cheesecake along with a special weekly flavor. Our pancakes come topped with White Chocolate Whipped cream to fully balance out the incredible flavor combinations dancing on your taste buds! You can start with a ½ order or you can order a full which is an «all you can eat»! We also offer tasty sausage links.

For beverages we feature locally roasted Mellelo coffee, apple or orange juice, milk, tea, and cocoa.

We only serve pancakes on Saturday mornings from 8 – 12 as this is a commercial processing kitchen with a front area tasting room.

Syrups are processed and bottled right on site and the Bourbon Maple Cream and Lemon Cheesecake are available for sale in 12 oz sizes.

History

Established in 2013.

Murf’s started out as an open house pancake breakfast for the completion of a dream home. It is now a local Saturday tradition for family and friends to meet up and enjoy these amazing pancakes and handcrafted syrups in downtown Grants Pass, OR.

This location is actually a commercial processing kitchen with a front tasting and retail area. Murf’s processes her pancake mix and bottles two flavors available for sale here with the intent to bottle the majority of the 75+ flavor combinations that have been created and served since that first Saturday way back in 2007.

Business Owner

Sheri, more commonly known as «Murf» has always enjoyed creating unique, one of a kind creations. As a child she dreamed of becoming an artist… little did she know her artistic talents would take her in the culinary direction. Her love of creativity combined with the fun, flavors of food have melded together to take the ordinary pancake and syrup to something truly AMAZING! These pancakes are their own work of art. There is no such thing as the plain ol’ pancake here! Murf is joined each Saturday by an incredible group of friends that comprise her staff. It’s truly a unique experience when you visit Murf’s and taste thee most incredible, creative pancakes you’ve ever had.
