Business Owner
Sage Sakiri, owner and chef of Brooklyn Crust Bistro. Chef Sage has been culinary trained in CIS Lucerne and LeNotre Paris, studied under the late Master Chef Franco Moreti, Master Chef Urs Frey and The Late Master Chef Gaston LeNotre. He won Texas 1st and 2nd place in chocolate tier of 2008. While in New York, and he started a new trend on Food in 2010 for introducing a new Balkan cuisine. Chef Sage is well-traveled and educated and believes now it’s time to begin a new era in the heart of DFW.
