History

Established in 2015.

Parlor Salon and Spa opened it’s doors in the very lovely downtown Grass Valley area, inside the historic Alpha building, in December of 2015. At Parlor, we are a passionate team of hair stylists dedicated to assisting you in all of your hair needs. Parlor’s unique and experienced staff specializes in all different techniques of coloring and cutting services for men, woman and children. We also offer waxing and skin care services. Business Owner

Christi discovered her passion at a young age; as she grew older she realized that hair and makeup were not just her hobby, it was a form of art and she had a natural talent for it. She decided to strengthen her skills and knowledge of the beauty industry by attending Citrus Heights Beauty School and graduating in 2007. Christi knew from the start of school that her goal would be to one day open her own salon. She has worked with some of the top beauty professionals in the area and for a short time worked as a hair artist for a cruise line, which gained her unique insight into many different types of people and cultures. With determination and support from her family and friends, Parlor Salon and Spa is now a reality!
