Verizon Wireless – Your Wireless

This is not a verizon store and as a result they aren’t actually able to help you with anything regarding your verizon account. From what I can tell they can’t actually do anything. I went in wanting to buy a new phone willing to pay whatever it cost and they wouldn’t sell me one. I really have no idea what this store exists for because they don’t seem to be actually able to do anything.

Justin and gisselle are awesome they really know their stuff about the Samsung’s galaxy. I recommend this store.

Called Verizon and found out this is more like a franchise, so not really a Verizon store. SAVE YOURSELF and just don’t go here. If you want the horrible details, here is the saga of my extended interaction with them:
I wanted to upgrade and ordered the new iPhone because they did not currently have it in stock.
1. Made it sound like my only upgrade option was to switch over to the monthly payments of the phone’s retail value. False — It is actually THEIR only option to offer this upgrade plan — they cannot offer the two year contract.
2. Went back to cancel the order/​upgrade so I can stick with the 2 year contract, and they argued with me. Make a sales pitch, fine, but aggression/​frustration when I don’t take your advice is not okay.
3. Couldn’t cancel the order until the phone arrived. So I called to cancel when it did. I was told that it was cancelled, but found out that it actually wasn’t when I tried to upgrade from the Apple Store.
4. Called from the Apple Store to make them cancel again and got hung up on twice.

The employees are rude and ignorant. I would give a ½ star if I could. Don’t go to the store, if you need to inquire about a service call Verizon directly.

Not sure how the stars are so low. I’ve been in here several time and the guys are so incredibly nice and helpful. Im an AT n T customer but I spend time here getting the gadgets phone protectors and wireless devices because I get such great service. Ask for Dorias or Rey. Those two are awesome. I’ll be a Verizon customer as soon as my contract is up.

Do not go to that store period. ITs a total scam and a rip off! they took my iPhone to return to verizon to get a account credit and til this day i have not seen it. Read all pages of the contract before you sign as they put me on Verizon Edge without my authorization, and now I am paying for my phone equipment!

First, they are not really Verizon. .. kind of. Yes, they are called Verizon, but when problems arise, Verizon will blame them, and then they will blame Verizon. Even after the equivalent of days (literally) on the phone with Verizon so-​called customer service, I still have no suggestions how to get around this. Are some store real? and some not real? Who knows?
Second, I bought products, they did not work, brought them back to be returned within the designated time period, and they refused to refund the money, because they could not access my account (well, they had deactivated the account, as it turns out). But this has gone back and forth with no resolution. .. even months later.
Third, they are dishonest. They said they would either fix the problem or return my money. They have done neither.
I should have been more suspicious when they asked for a copy of my Social Security card to set up the phone account. What’s up with that? Wonder whether I am still to find out the full extent of the problem with this place.

The worst store EVER! Completely ripped me off on multiple products! Do not shop there. They are snake oil salesmen! And if you don’t take my word for it and try it, make sure to stay clear of «Jorge» who claims he owns the place but is a complete con artist.

These guys are absolutely amazing! Full service Verizon store! Bluetooth set up in your car? No problem… Help syncing your phone to your laptop? No problem! They do it all! Even give you tech advice on non verizon products. Very knowledgeable crew!
