History

Established in 1983.

his company started as a family-​owned business over 30 years ago and has been known as Dick Carroll & Associates, PC for several years now. On October 31, 2014, the company became known as Carroll, Colt & Associates, PC, as the original owner, Dick Carroll, teamed up with their very first employee of 20 years, Lori Colt. We are proud to serve as a local business in the beautiful city of Portland, Oregon.

Carroll, Colt & Associates provides services for all of your personal and corporate tax preparation needs. We also provide bookkeeping and payroll services and offer several price packages to fit your budget. We are open all year round so that we may be available to all of our clients and continue the same personal service started many years ago.

Lori C.

Business Owner

Lori is a licensed tax preparer with the state of Oregon and has over 20 years experience. With a Bachelors of Arts in Interdiscplinary Studies, Lori taught elementary education while also working seasonally as a licensed tax preparer. She also was the Human Resource/​Payroll Manager for a local non-​profit for several years, before returning back to college to complete her education.
