If I’m scheduled to have my taxes done by one of your ‘professionals’, then at least have the courtesy to have me scheduled with somebody who knows enough to help me. Outside of wages and donations was just simple house sale stuff but apparently I had this person who didn’t know really anything about it so we have to reschedule to get somebody who ‘may’ know what the hell to do. However, considering you’re making over $ 300 on the assistance of helping us file our taxes (which is a lot more expensive then us just purchasing a cd program to help us file, you’d think they’d know enough to help us finish the first time and/​or possibly ask another employee for some real quick assistance so we could finish and be done with it.

I have never had any trouble with H&R block. We have went to this location for 4yrs and it has always been a good experience. I find all of the staff very informed on the new laws. Vicky Boyd was our tax preparer and she was very polite and she knew her job and the new software very well.

I will never get my taxes done at H&R Block. Still trying to get my tax money due to the countless errors that was made by Vickl Boyd. I also paid for them to double check my taxes that was a waste of money.
