Excellent food. Friendly service. Itbwasba little slow, but one guy was host, bartender, server, and waiter for the entire restaurant. But the food more than makes up for the slight delay of only a couple minutes.

A solid choice in Gresham for Mexican food. Huge portions, friendly service and good food.

Good food, decent service but lots of smiles. Good value because the portions are huge so make a place in your fridge for the to go box

This place is the perfect example of a really good Mexican restaurant turning bad. Years ago this was the go-to place for authentic Mexican seafood. In the evening the bar was packed with young Mexican men, dressed in their finest western wear, blasting Mariachi music and the latest hit Mexican love songs. The dining room, in back, was a mix of hispanics, California transplants and a few adventurous Gresham folk. There were two guys woking the bar, and two girls working the tables — the place was hopping. I don’t know what happened, but literally overnight, the bar was empty. the jukebox was silent, and the help was gone. The demographics changed and the folks eating here didn’t order the massive seafood cocktails, Pescado En Mojo De Ajo, or the truly hot Camarones A La Diabla. Instead, they ordered enchiladas, and burritos and chips. The love was gone, and the food suffered. It’s really too bad, and I live and hope that someday the jukebox will again croon out the latest Mexican love song, and the bar will be full of cowboy boots, and the wonderful seafood specialties that made this place so special will once again take the spotlight.
