G.R.I.T.S Productions, LLC is the South’s première production powerhouse for fashion, music and entertainment. In addition to live event production, G.R.I.T.S. (Girl Raise In The South) Productions, LLC works closely with clients to build their brand through Marketing, Public Relations, Talent Development and many more services. G.R.I.T.S. Productions exceeds expectations in producing the goals of great people and businesses with high quality and a sophisticated flair.
G.R.I.T.S. Productions was founded by Galyn Fergerson, a well known runway and event coordinator in the Atlanta fashion industry, in 2011.
After organizing and producing multiple live events, fashion shows and media placement Galyn decided to merge her talent and knowledge into a working brand. Infused with Galyn’s passion, creativity and strategic direction, G.R.I.T.S. Productions is rapidly becoming a household name.

Business Owner
Galyn Fergerson is a known and respected fashion insider in Atlanta, Georgia. Within a few short years, Galyn has worked a total of 15 runway shows. First initiated in the fashion industry in 2004, Galyn emerged from plus-size runway model to producing fashion shows for independent designers throughout Atlanta.
As a talented producer and efficient administrator, Galyn has been employed as an event coordinator, backstage manager, runway choreographer, sponsorship coordinator, and public relations officer.
With those experiences, Galyn realized producing live events was her true calling. Galyn launched her own events production company, G.R.I.T.S. Productions, LLC on the national television network TV ONE.
As a featured character, she presented her company’s first live event — Date Curves, a speed dating mixer for single, curvy women and men who love curves. The episode, which aired Spring 2012, features Galyn planning CURVES Fashion Week.
