I went to leoni Meadows as a kid i had a great time the staff was very friendly fun and professional with us kids the food was great to. Each night was something different to keep us busy like mini Olympic games. I liked the mail call each night that was cool having them ride in on horses to deliver it like in the old western days the lake was so beautiful and big. The walk down to the rodeo on Thursday nights was fun as was playing capture the flag one night a week. We would also play a game where we would hike up a mountain and try not to get caught i can’t remember what it was called but at the end of the hike would be a feast for all of us. It has a nice size pool softball diamond and basketball court a gift shop to buy gifts snacks and supplies. I made memories that will last a lifetime i wish I could get in touch with some of the people who i met at camp and see how they are doing. I recommend sending you’re kids here to leoni meadows they will have a great time. If you can afford it let them spend two weeks. The last night is a great one as they show pictures of all the campers doing various activities and everyone is like oooh Mike or Jamie it’s cool to be recognized by your fellow campers. I hope this review is helpful to people thinking about sending there kids to LM.

1,000 acres of pure bliss– thick, rich, tall pine trees, beautiful sunsets, open meadows, rolling hills, inquisitive nature center, delicious vegetarian food, friendly staff, a steam train that encircles part of the property, horses and a zip line! Yes, several zip lines! Leoni is not just for kids, but for adults too. They have a new zip line/adventure course for team building, training and just pure fun! 3 hours of zip lining for $ 50 — $ 79/pp. Best price around. Feel like an eagle soaring through a gorgeous canyon. Don’t delay, call today! Be the coolest parent by planning your kid’s next birthday adventure at Leoni Meadows! P. S. They also have a full summer camp program, but we seen to go off season. Have heard great things about their summer camp program for kids and adults. Love Leoni Meadows!

This is the«BMW» of summer camps. My kids went to summer camp at Leoni Meadows for years. Beautiful camp in the Sierras. A big variety of camps(eg, base camp, teen camp, aquatics, cowboy, wilderness, Indian, etc), really well run by trained staff. They also have a wonderful Family Camp that we have been going to for 11 yrs now(family campers can choose between tent camping, RV camping, cabins or the lodge). An incredible number of activities available, including ceramics/pottery, lapidary, scroll sawing, watercolor painting classes, climbing wall, ziplining, go karts, kayaking, swimming, train rides, geo caching, «blobbing», Country Fair, rodeo, science center, museum, etc. Excellent buffet style meals. I can’t recommend this camp enough!!!
