6 months later and our disposal stopped working. It looks like Rich failed to ensure the connection between the power cord and the disposal was secure. I pulled the disposal apart and found a melted wire nut. (blurry picture attached) Lucky for me it was an easy fix but wires sparking and melting in your new kitchen aren’t great, especially when installed by a professional.
Also, after our first load of dishes back in April we realized that one of the jobs Richard actually finished (installing the dishwasher) was also done incorrectly. Most of the water leaving the dishwasher wasn’t going down the drain but going down in to the basement.
I could have installed the dishwasher so it leaked after we used it. I hired someone to make sure it didn’t.
We eventually found a great plumber (F&K are their initials) but hiring Richard delayed our project by at least three weeks.

Called Rick, (found his firm thu Unilocal), made an appointment, to get my drains running, he appeared on time and was quite tolerant of our dog. He asked me a couple of questions about the problem, quoted a fair price, got his power auger and cleared the floor drain. He ought to be teaching business ethics.
Courteous, reliable, and got the job done… neatly.

I had my laundry tub back up on Saturday. Did not have a clue who to call, but I was looking for someone local. I read the reviews and decided to call Professional Plumbing and I’m glad I did! Can’t say enough good things. Fast, friendly service at a very reasonable price. Rick, the owner, was at my house within the hour. Even got a follow up text the next day to make sure everything was working. The service also came with a 30 warranty. I highly recommend this company.

A great experience. First time J have called a company and they took care of my needs without hesitation. They were very accommodating to my work schedule and came out after hours. I work retail and work past 9pm almost every day, they came to my house right after I got home and fixed my bathroom that was flooding. They actually called me the next day and made sure that everything was ok. They are the most professional and caring plumbers that I have ever had and told me exactly whatIneeded. I will be using them from here on out on all future problems.
