Customer service @ this HACKENSACK NJ location used to be good, NOW it sucks! an Employee told me a sale was going on & to trade my Xbox 360 in to get $ 175 credit and reserve a new system, I erased all my Data off my HDD on My xbox360 made the trip ALL the way down there, waited in line for a half an hour because of a amiibo special, only to find out that the sales person was Wrong, the manager *Anthony* acted almost unconcerned. Whom reminded me that it was his «DAY OFF» as I stood on a not moving line!!!. This location is good for used games and hiring pretty girls that have no game knowledge or customer service skill. TERRIBLE with info. NEVER TRUST THEIR SUGGESTIONS LIKE I DID?! I once liked this location… do yourself a favor and go to best-​buy…
