My husband and I have followed Emily from studio to studio because she gives us both the BEST haircuts. Even after we moved to Georgia, we drove all the way back to Maryland so Emily could cut our hair. We haven’t found anyone in Georgia that comes close to the job that Emily does. We highly recommend Emily and we will continue to come see her!

This place is great. Had a haircut with Ryan yesterday and he did an AMAZING job. He said he went to barber school with a bunch of barbers who work at Old Bank in Hampden, so if you’re a fan of that place you will also love this one. Great haircut at a great price! Will definitely be coming back.

Emily is an excellent stylist and listens to what you want and gets it right. I have been going to her for a few years now and am always happy with my haircut and even when I slightly change the style of my cut she gets it right. The price is right and the quality better than any chain barber shop. Their studio is full of art and they support local artists which speaks volumes about their studio as a community based studio and not another chain store.
Come here for all your haircut needs, you will always be satisfied with the results!

Absolutely blown away. This studio already had me impressed with their ability to execute in all areas, and now with their new color stylist Drew Norris, I really wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! Incredible cuts, waxing, to *die for* color, for women, men, AND kids– my family of five is covered. The studio is full of art, personality, and talent. I drive from Historic Dundalk all the way to Historic Arbutus and it is so worth it.

Zero 13 gives an excellent haircut in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Emily has been cutting my hair for the past couple of years and she does excellent work. Now that she has her own studio I continue to see her even though the other place is closer to my house. One reason I keep coming back is that I have curly/​wavy hair, which many stylists seem to struggle with. Emily consistently gets it right.
The price is about the same as the crappy chains, but the quality is so much better. Shop local!

Very friendly, extremely professional, amazing talent. Both Emily and Ryan are excellent, I’ve never walked away unhappy with my haircut. Their office space is perfect for zero 13, now with Eric the massage therapist that is my next step. I’d recommend to anyone if you need a haircut and a shave go here.

I’ve taken my two year old son to every chain barber shop in the area and none have done as well a job as Ryan. My kid loves the luchadores on the walls as well. Great atmosphere, great cuts, great service.

Took my 10 year old son with his shaggy hair in for a serious haircut… Ryan and Emily were so wonderful! Made my son so comfortable all the while clipping all of his hair off. He is so happy with his cool new ‘do. They showed him how to use gel to spike it up a little in front. We will definitely be back!

I went to this brand new salon for a haircut. One of the employees Ryan was available. Let me tell ya, THIS GUY CAN SERIOUSLY CUT HAIR!!! Best hair cut I ever got. He also gave me a clean close shave. This place is top notch. I recommend going here got a hair cut. The female hairdresser gave this one dude a haircut while I was getting my haircut. The dude had the most unkempt head of hair and a ZZ TOP beard. He said he was getting married and needed to look nice and neat. When she was done he looked like George Clooney. I couldn’t believe it. He looked so good I would have married him, but I’m not into that. Anyway, this place is great and the lollipops ain’t half bad either!!! I recommend this 1 000 000 000 000%
