Today 4÷4÷15 in Burger King is closed I prefer their food over McDonald’s I work down the street in every week it seems like for the last four weeks there at least out of eggs one morning to try to get breakfast, how does a food establishment run out of eggs once every week what kind of management is that as I sit here five guys have pulled in and left as I’m writing this review lights on doors open staff says they closed I can truly see why BK is going downhill so fast I want to Hanover Mass.

FOODPOISONING! Avoid this location if you value your life. I purchased a whopper and a few bites in it tasted funny. I ate about three quarters of it before I had to stop. About 4 hours later I became violently ill. This was my lunch and the only thing I ate that day. I was sick for about 36 hours, I was even considering going to the ER. Eat here only if you’re looking for a slow painful death.

Last night my wife and I went to see a show in Bostons theater district, I got out late and I was hungry. We decided to grab something once we got out of the city. We got off the Hanover exit and picked the first thing we saw. It was burger king on Washington street. It was completely empty. Although it was 11:00 at night, burger king always seems empty. So I ordered the chicken sandwich meal. The bread was stale, the chicken was overcooked and the fries tasted like fish. They obviously cooked it in the same deep fryer as the fish sandwich. It was a terrible experience. I don’t go to burger king very often, now I won’t go at all.

Once in a while I have stopped here for something quick and each time I have received my food very quickly, however the service was very… cold? I visited on Saturday afternoon and the young girl looked at me, held her hand out for my debit card(no greeting whatsoever), handed it back(still no response), handed me my food and shut the window. It was the strangest interaction I have had at a drive-thru. I try to be understanding in that some people do not maybe have the experience yet to always know how to greet someone, but a simple«hello» or «thank you» can go a long way and on almost every visit I have received neither.

I went to this location yesterday and waited 25(yes 25) minutes for a double cheeseburger and small fries. The tattooed young male cashier was apathetic and horrible. Whoever was making sandwiches was doing a great job but someone else(tall guy on fries) should have been helping her so customers could get out the door. I like Burger King food it is just a shame the service is so rude and half assed. For the time I waited and the money I paid I could have eaten at a real restaurant. Next time I will!

It’s BK — what can I say. When I’m out by myself and hungry I pull over here to order the veggie burger. It is always fresh b/c I always have to wait 10 mins for it.

This place is terrible. It is the slowest/worst service ever. We came here at 930am on a Saturday morning. Went through the drive-thru and was asked to pull over they would bring the food to our car. Same with 3 other cars behind us they all had to pull over. Are you saying you had NOTHING prepared? The food finally comes out after 10 minutes of us waiting. We pull out of the lot and yep wrong sandwich, cold hash browns at this point I just ate whagt they gave me because I was afraid of waiting for another 10 minutes just for a sandwich.

This place has the worst service on Earth! One time we went on a weeknight at around six p.m. The manager said, «we’re closed because no one showed up for work». Wha??? Today(Sunday) we went, and after placing our burger order we were told they were«out of meat». Yes, BURGER King was out of meat! When they do have meat and people show up for work, the service is as slow as molasses. Go to the McDonald’s down the street. Clean with fast service.
