Five Star Shell

I travel from Cape Cod to Boston several times a week and often stopped at this particular Shell station to get diesel fuel for my truck or gas for my car. Today I needed something a little bit extra. My left front wheel was overheating in my truck and I needed to hose it down to cool it off so I stopped in to five Star Shell and ask them if they had a hose. They told me they did not have a hose or water and yet they service cars in a two bay garage. Granted it was about 6 PM but the person at the desk was not that busy. When I push the issue and said how do you put water in radiator he walked out from behind the counter and found a gallon jog how full of water and offered it to me but still said they did not have a hose. Needless to say I will not be going to five-​star shall ever again. From this day forward I think they should call themselves one Star Shell because that’s all I’m willing to give them since they were not willing to help me in a time of need.
