I was renovating my bathroom and my contractor recommended this place to buy Kohler bathroom products and other bathroom furniture and accessories. You need to call and make an appointment if you want to meet with a salesperson. Otherwise, they do have a showroom and lots of Kohler products on display if you want to browse.
Generally, the people working here are very friendly. Unfortunately, the saleslady I worked with– though super nice– wasn’t helpful or efficient or punctual. She was frequently distracted and ordering two bathroom vanities seemed to take forever. In addition, Plimpton & Hills delivered my order incorrectly (more than once) and items in my order were delayed, which also delayed my bathroom renovation project. It’s two months later and I’m still waiting on a part of my order.
Frustrated, I ordered the rest of my bathroom accessories from another more competent supplier and honestly, I’d tell other people to do the same.
