That red light I was stopped at, yeah, fella didn’t see it nor my 2008 PT Cruiser as the only vehicle in one of those 4 lanes. A bit high strung from previous service at other locations, I approached this business with ‘you already did me wrong’ attitude; took TWO gentlemen to talk me off the ledge of anger and mistrust (Sorry guys!). They have a procedure for customer service that works! My car went in damaged (and dirty) and was returned sparkling and wonderfully repaired! Truly Satisfied with 3-D’s explanation of the procedure, quality of work, showed compassion to my femme outburst, care & concern, completed repairs BEFORE estimated time, staff not only called but (after asking for approval) text updates, was treated fairly and like family — Would I recommend to family, friends AND you? YES!

While I do not recommend getting in an accident just to see them, they made my experience so pleasant I almost didn’t mind getting hit by another car. Superb customer service, clean and bright location, and wonderful communication throughout the entire process.

I couldn’t find this business on Unilocal,so I decided to add it because that’s how badly I wanted to write a positive review. My 2003 Dodge Neon SRT-​4 recently had a bad encounter with a pothole. The rim was bent, the tire was flattened, and there was body damage to the right front wheel well and, as I later learned, some mild suspension damage. My insurance recommended this place as an option and I’m glad I chose it. The service here was above and beyond any I’ve ever encountered. The guys at the shop were extremely friendly and helpful, and clearly very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about cars. I brought them a heavily modified car with custom paint and damage to an aftermarket wheel not even in production anymore. Somehow, despite all these challenges, my car was repaired well ahead of schedule. Additionally, I was kept informed via both email and phone calls during the entire process. I knew exactly what was being done to my car and why, and how the work was progressing at all times. At no point was the process difficult or frustrating in any way. The work itself was also great; the car drives and looks like nothing ever happened.
3D Collision at Haverford has signs EVERYWHERE asking you to complain if you don’t like their work. I’m guessing this is because they know no one ever will. They’re that good. Honestly one of the best businesses I’ve ever been to and highly recommended.
