Gimmee Jimmy’s Cookies and Bakery entered the retail market place in 1983 as a single boutique gourmet cookie store in New Jersey. We produced and sold fresh baked cookies using only the finest ingredients and quickly gained a huge customer following. Using only top quality ingredients like: pure Bourbon-​Madagascar vanilla, Belgium chocolate, whole nuts and nothing artificial. In 1990 Gimmee Jimmy’s Cookies and Bakery began to mix cookie dough for other food service operators and concentrated on developing additional products for the food service industry. Throughout the 1990’s Gimmee Jimmy’s Cookies continued its evolution into a full line dessert supplier producing cupcakes, cakes, brownies, baklava, gluten-​free and dairy-​free products, full service catering.

History

Established in 1983.

Our founder, Jimmy Libman, was a dedicated businessman, deaf from birth, but never handicapped by the physical obstacles he faced. Jimmy delivered a great product, and word of his great-​tasting cookies crept forward from the mouths of his customers.

Today, it is the mission of our team to make sure that Gimmee Jimmy’s Cookies no longer remain a secret. Tens of thousands of cookie lovers and even casual cookie-​eaters already enjoy an unequaled cookie experience, but hundreds of thousands, even millions, more have yet to try our cookies.

Manager

A chef trained in Germany at the first German restaurant to achieve three Michelin Guide stars. Mr. Oehler worked in Germany, Ireland, England, Spain, and Turkey before joining Gimmee Jimmy’s in the United States.
