Snoopy Nail

Very nice workers but they do not understand English to well. I went there a few times told them I needed the halogen if wax. Twice they used the regular wax on me. I broke out severely and some of my skin was missing. Of course I contacted them n got a refund but I’ll never use them again.

The last experience I had wasn’t very good. I went in on a Friday afternoon and it wasn’t very busy when I walked in. Normally I wouldn’t mind the wait, but what bugged me was that people who walked in after me were taken after me and I was forced to waif even longer than normal. I was getting my eyebrows done and I was getting a pedicure. They put my feet in the tub to soak and almost over flooded the tub because they put me there for half an hour and attended to other customers. They kept trying to up sell and at that point I just wanted to leave. My toes got done and my eyebrows look fine. I didn’t get my normal girl so I wasn’t completely thrilled with the results but I’m satisfied.

This place is extremely clean, which is most important. I have found everyone pleasant and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Have only used mani/​pedi services, not waxing. Very happy with quality of work.

I give this salon 2 stars because of its cleanliness and attention to hygiene. They also use individually wrapped pedicure equipment for every customer, which was a nice touch. I found them to be ridiculously overpriced however, I mean who charges $ 5 dollars for gel polish removal for the UV gel manicure that they themselves placed a few weeks before? Also, I didn’t appreciate the shame tactics used by one of the nail ladies, trying to embarrass me into getting an eyebrow wax! Finally, because she felt rushed to do my nails (no one but my sister and I were in the place), she filed down the remaining gel color and ruined my nails, the manicure chipped and my nails all broke within a day! I was a loyal customer for many years, but this last visit WAS my last visit. Spend your money wisely and elsewhere folks…
