Came in with my 95 year old mother for manicures. The manicure was poor quality and the tools unsanitary. They only gave a back massage if you asked for it. I usually ask that my mother be pushed in her manicure chair from one station to another as it is difficult for her to get up and down. They told me it was too much trouble! I will never be back.

Unfortunately my experience was this: VIP was dirty, unsanitary, and my nails look like they were painted by my second grader. I was surprised with this, as the reviews were good and the staff was very nice. Sadly, I won’t be going back :(

I have been going to VIP for 5 years. Judy does a great job on my nails and gives me great service. I have my nails done every 2 to 3 weeks. I have gels. I feel prices are in line with the other shops.

This place and right down the Ck are not that great well for nothing in this area is any good!!! To much money !
