They Stolen my car from my Driveway, organised crime by Access association services/​Bay shore private patrol/​All ways towing, Damaged my driveway, Car bumper broken, After 2 months I can only recover only $ 150 out of $ 450 they charged for 3 hours. Reason for Towing they say Fire-​lane, they can;t prove it is a fire lane. Fixing my car $ 4000 for my Back bumper paid by insurance .My total loss around $ 1100.Fremont Police dept says we won’t involve in private party legal crimes handled by HOA, Contact court what a best Answer.

My husband called this morning to have his motorcycle towed to a repair shop. All Ways promised service within an hour, but arrived within 20 minutes! Although I did not meet the driver, my husband assured me that service was great, timely and driver was pleasant. Price was reasonable. Sounds like everything you’d want in a towing experience to me. Thanks All Ways!

I had the best experience with All Ways Towing on 8÷26÷15. I called AAA Roadside Service, they contacted this company, said it would be 45 minutes, it took 12 minutes. They sent Michael. He was wonderful to deal with. I thank everyone who had a hand in this.

Called AAA for a dead battery that left me and my vehicle stranded. Within minutes of placing my call Manuel from Allways Towing arrived and was extremely professional and provided a thorough explanation of all the tests that he was going to run on my car. Manuel was very pleasant to deal with and an excellent representation of the company that he works for-​I will highly recommend Allways Towing based on his great customer service!!!

I was extremely offended by the roadside service I received through this company. They indicated it would take an hour, but it actually took them 1 hour and 50 minutes to send a tow truck driver. After he connected my vehicle, I was informed that though I had AAA, the cost would be an additional $ 132. He indicated that I could only pay by cash, credit or money order. I was then required to pay before my vehicle was towed. I was riding with the vehicle so I asked if the passenger door was open, since he completed the entire transaction from his seat.
It would have been nice to know how much extra it would’ve been before he connected my vehicle. I have never been asked to pay ahead of time when dealing with triple A. The company truck appears to have come from Oakland, but I they have locations in Oakland, Hayward and Fremont. It is pretty obvious when you have to contact a tow company that you are not having the best day. This company will probably make your day worse.

I was stuck on the side of the road, guy on the phone was a dick, told me that it was over 2 hours to get to rohnert park from San Leandro at 1030am? Said its a tow truck I’ve never driven a tow truck with a vehicle on the back… Well guess what I have, with a much larger truck, guy said 3.5 to 4 hours, company is a huge rip off scammers, then says driver will be there in 20 mins well almost 2 hours later driver shows up. Driver was amazing though Carleton was very professional and courteous. Got me from my location to home in 1hr… So that means guy was trying to take advantage of my situation being stuck on the side of the road by trying to over charge me. The guy on the phone thought I was crazy to think that it would only take an hour. Be aware of the scam…

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! They are scam artist. Our company vehicle was towed there after an accident. First, they wouldn’t let the driver get anything out of the truck until we sent a notorized letter to them on company letterhead authorizing the release of the items to the driver of the vehicle. I assume they thought would take an extra day so more fees for them. After we picked a body shop up they would not release the vehicle without another notorized letter. Once they had that they only wanted cash from the body shop to pick up the vehicle. The body shop paid all fees and took the vehicle back to their business. Today I received a letter from the DMV dated ¹²⁄₂₄ telling me we All Ways Towing is putting a lien on the truck for non payment of fees which is bs because they would not have released the fees without full payment. They are just trying to double dip & get more $$$. My next call is to the BBB.

Saved my butt! My Audi’s battery died and these guys came out within 45 minutes. Replaced battery on the spot with a new one. Special thanks to Israel and especially Sheldon who really got his hands dirty.

I had a flat tire, was stranded, and called All Ways. They said someone would arrive in 30 minutes. They sent Jim over within 30 minutes. He was friendly and efficient. Price was $ 65.
I was very pleased.

In all of my dealings with Ron he’s been honest and straightforward. He explains what he’s doing, he shows you what went wrong with the parts that were replaced, he’ll fit you into his schedule even when it’s packed and he’s easy to work with.

Had to tow my bike to a shop in town and Jay did a great job. He was super friendly, drove cautiously and took care of my baby. Thanks to AAA for having them on your list of vendors. Good job.

ey send a service car instead so the guy calls and tells then to bring a tow truck and tells me they’ll be there in 20 – 25 more minutes. I wait for 40 mins finally call AAA again and asks what’s taking so long. So my agent calls them and they tell her that they advised me it was going to be 50 mins! I’m mad and even my AAA agent said they were rude. I’m waiting at this very moment for over an hour ½ and they keep telling me 20 more minutes. Fuck this place

I am unable to give zero stars, if I could I would.
Wife broke down and we called these guys, said no problem they would have someone out in 30 –45 minutes. Called an hour later to get an update and was told that my tow was still 2 HOURS OUT!!! When I got a little pissed and told the person on the phone that they shouldn’t lie to people and tell them they could tow them when in fact they did not have a truck, they called me back and canceled the tow, leaving my wife stranded on the side of the road!!! I then called another company that didn’t lie and got towed right away!!!
1) They lied and said they could tow me when in fact they didn’t have a truck available, leaving my wife stranded on the side of the road.
2) When I complained that they shouldn’t lie to people, they canceled the tow.
3) They left a pregnant woman on the side of the road because they didn’t like the fact that I called them out for lying to my wife and leaving her on the side of the freeway for hours!!!
DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I can’t remember the date but I do remember the top rate service. Juan was courteous, calm, knows and does his job well.
I was picked up in Hayward and dropped off in Tracy, CA with my car and Juan took real good care of us both. If I am not mistaken it all took about an hour to an hour and half. I know I arrived early to the dealer, needed to be there at 7 and I made my call in to AAA about 5 or 5:30am. You do the math. Juan is the guy for with great tow service, he seems to take a lot of pride in his job and work.

After finding out that my regular place for car repairs had changed hands, I had my Saturn towed to All Ways a little over a month ago for repair to the gear shift. Ron was very helpful, polite, and informative. My car was repaired as promised and I even received a AAA discount!
Today I took it in for an oil change. When I came to pick it up, Ron did an extra little «repair» to my visor (falling apart because my car is so old) just to be nice.
This is my new go to place for car repairs! Highly recommend this shop for excellent honest service.

Called AAA, within 30 minutes, All Ways was on the scene,
with just some minor paperwork, the car was hooked up and i was on my way!
what a difference! on another occasion, the dispatcher was inattentive and the truck to the wrong location.
certainly hope the other guy got canned.

Called AAA for a tow because my car wouldn’t start and I needed to haul my baby to the garage.
Apparently it was a busy day because AAA gave me 90 minutes as the wait time (???). The truck arrived in 45 minutes (thankfully this was in the afternoon and my car was parked in front of my house and I wasn’t stranded on the highway in the middle of the night or anything).
The driver was super friendly and nice and tried to help me with the car at first to make sure that it was indeed — dead. He tested the battery to make sure that it was charged and not a batter problem (it wasn’t), he agreed with me that the starter was stuck/​dead (he even made a valiant attempt to free it/​get it to move/​i really don’t know what he was banging on beneath my car) — but he couldn’t get to it.
In the end, 15 minutes later, he loaded my cranky baby onto his truck and delivered it to the garage.

I called AAA for a Tow when one of my Whips recently went down. They Dispatched All Ways Towing & Transport to my House. The Tow Truck arrived in 15 minutes. The Driver Mike was very professional, fast and efficient. He had my Whip hooked up in less than 10 minutes and on the way to the repair shop. When he arrived he dropped it in the right spot and was gone. Super fast service.

Was at home about to run errands and realized my car battery was dead.
11:20 a. m…called 1 – 800 for AAA road service — the guy who took my call (Ronnie) was very nice and professional and said someone would be out in 25 – 30 minutes…
12:10 — received automated call someone would arrive in 15 minutes.
12:30 — All Ways Towing arrives. seems nice enough but you can tell he wanted to make this a quick call. he walks over and says «you don’t want a battery test do you?» the way he said that i was like ‘um guesss i don’t“
12:40 jump starts car, has me sign and takes off immediately
I go back into the house to get my purse… car is dead again…
12:45 call 1 – 800 to AAA to re-​send someone out.
1:10 guy comes out but this time «battery service» truck on the side.
Offers battery test and says that my battery doesn’t have enough amps to start engine. I take my chances and proceed with errands… car dies again.
1:30 Call 1 – 800 to AAA again… All Ways Towing comes out and offers to install a new battery… out of frustration i just agree to the install as i’m thinking of having to sit for another hour at Sears to get a battery installed… within 10 minutes battery installed.

Cost $ 115 with AAA discount… i’m sure i paid about $ 25 more than if i went to Sears but figure my time was more important. Also, i realized my battery was only 3 yrs old and im hoping these guys were being honest… but i’m ADVISING people to check information before you agree to anything. In all fairness, i’ll probably have my car checked out to make sure its not something more that’s draining my battery prematurely.
These guys aren’t the friendliest but get the job done.
