Concept Baths and Interiors

We purchased a modern vanity and mirror – when there was a delay with the delivery, Concept Baths and Interiors acted immediately – super responsive to fix this issue; as well as sending specs via email when needed. I appreciate their clear communication and customer service as well as the quality of the product we bought.

I stumbled on the website when searching for a wall mounted vanity. There are lots to look at on the site and even more in the showroom/​warehouse. I spoke with the owner a few times before I made the trip and he was very helpful. Once there he showed me all the different sizes and options and after about 30 minutes I left with a vanity and sink top.
It’s sturdy and looks great, and every person who uses the bathroom comments on how nice it is.

Like the modern style of their vanity. The price is quite reasonable!

We were remodeling our bathroom last year, found an ad in Craigslist and decided to take a leap of faith and drive out to Hayward. Turns out they have some pretty awesome vanities and sinks.
The prices are pretty unbelievable. I’d say easily 50% — 70% off of what you’d find. In fact, Bayshore supply had one of the sinks they carry for 2x.
European modern styles, and we ended up with a 48″ floating sink (big trough).
It has the nice soft close drawers, and the white quartz material has really held up in 6 months. It’s had a ton of things thrown in it from the kids and not a scratch. It looks brand new. I’d suggest getting the L brackets btw underneath if you are going to get the floating vanity so that if you really lean on it, it has leverage to not crush into the wall (L brackets to the studs of course. The quality is really nice.
The wood, albeit laminate, has a nice finish to it.
We went back this weekend as we are remodeling 2 more bathrooms. I was happy to bring back my business. It’s at the end of an industrial complex. The owners are super nice. It looks like they just get giant containers of vanity/​sinks which is why the pricing is so good.
We’re going to get a 54″ double vanity (not on their site) and one of the only 54″ double vanities (tight bathroom) in the market we can find since most are 57/​59″. As well as a 23.5″ for the guest bath.
Seriously a Find.

I saw a vanity that I liked from this company via the
marketplace. I only wanted the vanity, but the item they had for sale was bundled with a sink and faucet. I looked up their direct site and checked out the website. I gave them a call and got a price for what I wanted. The price included 2 day fedex shipping and based on the description of the item was a great deal.
I went ahead and ordered the item, it was shipped timely and arrived in perfect condition sooner than expected.
I’m very pleased with my experience, and would totally buy from them again.
Things to consider, their website is a little bit buggy, some of the links dont go anywhere and there is no option to order online directly.
I think they have their business line forwarded to a cell phone during certain times of day, so sometimes when you call it’s just the guy who answers ‘hello?‘
Other than that, very happy.
