Customer service is about what the service provider does when something goes wrong. And these guys deliver. Mark came in on time to install a keyless entry system on my car, did so professionally, done in about 2 hours. Fast forward a couple of months, there was an issue with my keyless entry (not his fault, I got a bad unit). I contacted the installer (Mark), and after a few bumps on the road and a couple of appointments, he took care of it. He’s a good guy.

All I have to say is that I got in contact with mark and I asked him to install a FM module in my mercedes clk 320. He asked me what product I had or was going to buy, I told him and he even did research to ensure that I had all the correct parts to successfully have this installed. We set up an appointment, he was on time, mobile and was very professional. He immediately got to work, he started installing the module, placing my microphone and push call button in my car in convenient places. He had all the tools and he made it look easy and very professional. Had a issue with the Bluetooth, he came out again to assist me to correct it.

My Car has lot of blind spots. I called MARK to install a backup camera. He suggested me a best backup camera from Amazon and he quoted a reasonable installation charge. He installed my backup camera and It is working fine now. MARK is friendly, dedicated, helpful, reasonable and reliable.

Price and service is the best around. Honestly i searched alot of different stereo shops and this place has the best price. I had problems with my stock nissan murano deck and had it diagnosed by Mark G. He told me the problem and what i needed to buy. Mark G installed my pioneer x2500 bt using the metra dash kit i ordered. Great installation. everything worked perfectly, even the steering wheel controls were worked flawlessly. great customer service, great prices and extremely convenient. Mark G. knows wassup. easy to set up an appointment and they work with you.

I made an appointment with Mark (the installer) to install an alarm with keyless entry on my 1996 GMC sierra, he showed up on time and was ready to get to work, he explained the alarm features and just over what we discussed and agreed over the phone, at the end of the installation he mentioned another feature that could be added to my alarm but I needed another part, I asked him how much would it cost to add it and he replied «just buy the part», he seemed very knowledgeable and did the installation in his estimated time, I am very pleased with his service and plan on doing business with him again shortly…

This guy is great, Mark came out and installed a Navi in my 10 Fusion and did an awesome job !! after that he fixed the door hatch on our T&C (which the stealer ship wanted 350) he charged me 25 bucks thanks for a great job Marky Mark !! also charged less then half of what others are charging WILL definitely use him again
