2 years ago, I had ran into some difficulties with HPD & got myself a few felonies for possession of a firearm & loaded!

Eventually I had to hire an attorney because I didn’t know how to handle this charge on my own! I ended up paying $ 9,000 for a lawyer who didn’t do anything for me but dug me in a deeper whole! Literally took my money and ran me to a grave! Was told that it wasn’t her responsibility to remind me of my court dates, so i ended up in jail again and had to bail myself out again!
I got out & literally just fired my attorney because i just felt like she was using me for money and wouldn’t stop asking for more! The court then appointed me a lawyer at no cost!
Mr Timothy Clancy has been by my side for about a year! Each court date we had accomplished something! He never gave up on me and put his all into my case! He never lied to me & in fact trusted me with all my decisions! I never took a deal and decided to take it to trial! One thing for sure is that i never went back to jail with Mr Clancy by my side!
Today was my last court date & before I could even park the car, I received a phone call from Mr Clancy & was told that all my charges has been dropped and dismissed! I am beyond satisfied and grateful to have had him representing me! 2 felonies dismissed as well as a few misdemeanors!
In conclusion I would say Mr Clancy would never disappoint any of his clients & always gave 150% into my case! I couldn’t have asked for anyone better! Once again Thank You Mr Clancy for all the hard work & giving me what I asked for and more!

Unfortunately, a few months ago I had a DUI. This was my first legal problem and I didn’t know what to do. Luckily I had a friend who recommended I call Tim Clancy. My friend had gone through the same thing awhile ago.
Mr. Clancy handled the situation very professionally, and also made me feel as comfortable as possible, which was important because I was really scared about what could happen.
It turned out not nearly as bad as I thought, and I believe Mr. Clancy’s experience had a lot to do with this.
Hopefully you are never in this situation, but if you are, I highly recommend Tim Clancy.
