I don’t know why this business has one star because she didn’t match the picture? Honestly you have to use eyebrow products for your eyebrows if you want to mimic the Instagram pictures people see on social media. The owner always gives me my desired perfect eyebrows that I always wanted. She never messed up on my eyebrows. She’s amazing!

I loved how they did my eyebrows. I have been to several places and it’s difficult to find a place that does my eyebrows right. This place is definitely my favorite. They were fast and low prices. My sister recommended me here and I am glad I came.

Since I have to give one star it would be for appearance. Very nice studio! Let’s get to the brows, my first time there, I encountered a young lady, she told me to sit in the chair and I showed her how I wanted my eyebrows. I should have jumped up out the chair when she told me she would TRY! So, she finish my brows and handed me the mirror and I noticed my right brow was perfect however my left brow was much thinner. She was trying to convince me that they were the same. I usually wouldn’t pay for a job when I’m not satisfied but my daughter was with me and I didn’t want to embarrass her by making a scene. I paid her the $ 10 and left out. My daughter said she was praying that I wouldn’t go off! I will never go back to the brow studio. It seems the girl who did the threading on my brows was practicing! Take my advice before you waste your money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I love this place I just wish the owner sahar was in more often like before but most of the girls know what their doing

Amazing job my eyebrows were so messed up and they fixed them so nice !!! Its a little more painful than wax but sooo worth it 100% !

Okay the only reason I’m going to give this place a 2 instead of a 1 star is because the first time I was there the owner did an amazing job on my eyebrows and put attention to detail and she was perfect, my complaint its for a young girl that she works there.
After my first visit with the owner I definitely wanted to go back so I did and I got serviced by this young girl high school age, no costumer service what’s so ever long story short she messed up my eyebrows but I wasn’t too noticeable anyways, today I gave it one last and final shot, young girl was there she was on her phone, she saw me didn’t say welcome didn’t guide me to chair or nothing so I just sat there by myself, she started doing my eyebrows kind of on a rush then her hand accidentally slipped and hit me on the ear and no sorry, so I was like ok no big deal and then it happens one more time by this time I was irritated, when she was done she just handed me the mirror didnt ask me nothing she just looked at me like if she was giving me the pleasure of being service by her I just stand up pay DID NOT tip her and left, never coming back, sorry for the owner the works hard to gain costumers the disappointed by this young girl

Marvette does a good job on eye brows. Way better than any other eyebrow spot in Hemet.

Could not make an appointment. Every time I tried to call someone would scream in my ear to stop calling. I called from my co-​workers number and at least got through to the answering machine. I am assuming that they thought I was a telemarketer as a lot do (I have an 808 area code) but even still I found their response very unprofessional.

I’ve been here 3 times and 3 times they have told me to come back. The owner talks too much while she’s working and takes to long to finish. I used to be a loyal customer and tipped very well but now I will never go back consider me done.

Went to get a little touch up. Service was great. Staff was friendly and location was clean. Easily accessible and will definitely be back.

I love this place. I ago all the time to get my eyebrows done and every time they look amazing. The service is wonderful every time. The environment is fun and lively. I definitely recommend the brow studio to everyone. Sahar and Marvat are amazing at what they do.

It was my first time and I had my eyebrows shaped the way I like them and I told her just a clean up. She messed my eyebrows up bad, they’re the thinnest they’ve been in years and they are not shaped evenly. Ugly ugly ugly.

At first I liked how the lady (not Sahara) did my eyebrows, until I went a few more times then realized that she wouldn’t thread in between my eyebrows. So starting of my eyebrows were starting to get bushy because she wouldn’t clean it up like the other ladies I’ve gone to get my brows done. Don’t like it. Won’t be returning there anymore.

Sahar is the BEST!!! :) perfect brows every time I go in! Used to go to the mall and my eyebrows were always ruined! Now that I found eyebrow studio. I will never leave!!! :)

the girl did a horrible job doing my eyebrows. my eyebrows pretty much looked the same as when i first arrived. to top it off when she was all done, she left all the eyebrow hairs all over my face and didn’t bother to wipe any of it off… they do a better job threading at the hemet mall

Great job takes her time and cleans them up with a great shape! I was referred by a couple people this is one of the better eye brow threading shops!

Heaven forbid we should do our own brows! And people complain about not having enough money to live!!!

I’ve been threading for about 2 years now and I have gone to my fair share of shops. This place hits the mark EVERY time. The customer service, attention to detail, cleanliness, and staff that knows exactly what they are doing is why I am a repeat customer. I can’t understand why anyone would even consider going anywhere for something as important as your brows!

I came here the other day and I told the girl that I wanted a clean up only but instead she did what she wanted she gave me an arch and when I look at the mirror looks like I’m angry and I hate it I’m not happy she did what she wanted she told me, I should try something new since its in «style»? No, I clearly said a clean up. I’m not going back there anymore if you do go make sure she understands what YOU want, not what she wants or else you won’t leave as a happy customer.
