Inspections on EACH apartment should be ENFORCED! On every single one! Those showers and tubs are the START!
I want someone to stick a butter knife between the shower and bath separation in N22. I had BLACK STUFF come out! From just WATER being splashed on it!
Disgusting. After we saw that we knew we would NOT sign another lease with them! I knew that place was too overpriced for SHIT QUALITY.
I’ve called the office of many complaints about the porch leaking and the floor bubbling from the water. NO ONE EVER CAME
So we cleaned the apartment, got the carpet Professionally cleaned! One of the office ladies even saw us, told my husband, «I will make a note of the cleaning»
They charged us ANOTHER months rent & a CARPET CLEAN!

I use to live here and it was the absolute worst place ever to live. I had eight people living next to me and a giant husky in a one two bed one bath. They let their kids scream curse words at my daughter threw her window. Complained about that nothing was done told changes were coming doubtfully said okay. Well then I had a man break in with drugs and hold my husband hostage in our apartment they didn’t even call the cops for me and said they cant be involved! Stephany is fake Jessica is fake she’s a real nasty person and ruffin is a giant idiot seriously they are horrible con artists. To renew my lease was going to be three hundred dollars more then what I was paying then add in trash water and amenities even if you dont use the filthy pools and gross work out room and the play ground with needles in the wood chips. Not to forget my other neighbors who sat outside all day and night having parties and being in everyone’s business she called my sister gay and tried fighting her she was sixteen … If this isnt enough to figure out don’t give them your time idk what is.

Loudest place I have ever lived! Do you like to sleep in or stay up late, ever? You won’t here. First, their grounds-​maintenance people are relentless. I’m a nurse and I have to often work late, but 3 – 4 times/​week, loud blower, mowers, and edgers wake me up at 7:30am as they pass by outside, within feet of my bed. This racket goes on for hours. Sometimes, ALL day.
Add in loud cars, garbage trucks, loud music, your neighbor’s plumbing, noisy water heaters, people running up and down the stairs, people yelling, etc, etc. I’ve never been so sleep deprived in my entire life and I’ve lived in many different complexes over the years.
I’ve tried complaining, and I get a smile and a «we’ll take care of it». Well, they don’t.
The apartment itself has issues. My bathroom sink looks like garbage because the whatever coating they used on it is peeling off. It’s not even waterproof! They say I’m not liable but we’ll see. Like to bake? You can’t here. My oven is clean, but every time I use it, my fire alarm and Co2 alarms go off. Maintenance tells me, that’s just how it is because of the design of the place and the heat sets them off. What?
Oh, and be prepared to pay one of the highest rents in Hemet for this place and when you go to try to re-​lease, they jack up your rent for anything but another year-​lease. When I moved in, they gave me a quote of $ 680/​month for a 6-​month lease. After my lease was up, they raised it to $ 1100! «We base that on expected occupancy», they said. WTH does that mean?
Pool is dirty too. «Exercise center» is a joke.
One star people. For what I’ve been paying, this place should have been far better to me. Can’t wait to move.

Was staying there for a yr looking for somewhere to move now, but at 10:30 on a Sunday night my car was stolen. Just crazy because it just had happened. I could of been there and seen the person who stole it. Better yet the apartments are not as safe as I thought they were. Security walks around only to make complaints. Out of a 10 theese apts get a 2. BE CAREFUL With signing a yr lease

DO NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE WITH CHILDREN OR A FAMILY THEY CARE ABOUT. My wife and I decided to move here march 2013. At first everything was fine and we had minimal problems with maintenance and apartment management. As time went on (not even two months into the lease) we had found that it was not anything near what it is made out to be. The apartment complex itself is disgusting and full of low life drug dealers and crime. The apartments themselves are small, and there is always a bug problem especially roaches. Towards the end of our lease there was a felon and his girlfriend that moved below us and caused several disruptions with my family. The apartment management had poorly handled the situations to the extent where physical violence had occured along with a gun cocked at my wife and I. Being that we are two females both hard workers, college educated and a positive aspect to society we made the choice to break our lease and leave the slum. Its truly sickening the type of people who they are supposed to background check, live there. Dont be foooled by the places look. Its been there since 1986 and definitely doesn’t abide by and city codes. The water, trash, and sewage bill is outrageously overpriced, on average runs about 70 dollars a month. We moved to a new place that uses AUM (the same company) and for a 6 week bill it ran 30 dollars. Doesnt take a rocket scientist to realize this place is a bunch of shit and so is their management. UNSAFE, CRIMINALS AND LOW LIFES !

The worst management is always turning over damaged cars kids not being watched, its awful! Dont move here
