They rush you just to get more customers in & out. The quality of their work is below average with what was done with my manicure. They skimp on gel polish

Worst quality I have ever seen. Nail glue didn’t stick (acrylic nail lifted away from my nail), the technician kept jamming her nail into my cuticles and repeatedly burnt my cuticles with the electric nail file and the paint chipped after the first day.

I have had pedicures here before and they were fine. This time, I felt like my foot was cut
during the filing. When I got home, there were three cuts on one foot and two on the other. The gel manicure was done by the young girl and that was fine, but I won’t be going back there again. The total for the two was $ 55.

First time here. After a long week I was due for some pampering. I made an appointment which was smart because they took their time servicing me. Tina did my gel manicure and pedicure, which she did a great job. The young lady who did my eyebrows did an excellent job. It was 65 for all services mentioned. I think they also charged for taking my old gel off. However with that being said I’m going back.

Daughters decided to treat me to a very much needed pedicure and they decided on this salon since it’s close to the house and we didn’t know where else to go. Now I’m not one to bash a business, get picky or just put out bad reviews so I’ll just highlight my experience.
1. If you tell someone 5 mins, please let it be 5 mins. Not 10 or 15.
2. Techs (4 of them) were jumping around between the small handful of ppl there. It felt like an assembly line salon.
3. We went on a sunday and it must have been conserve the electricity day. Air conditioner was off and front and back doors were open. If you wanna do that, cool. Just have some fans on to circulate the air.
4. Lady that did my pedi was nice. Others in there not so much. Manager was sour faced the whole time. Even had some words with my daughter.
5. I swear i had more to say but I’m so freaking hot in here i can’t get my thoughts together.
6. Pedi chair was not great. Butt was numb by the time feet were done.
7. Daughter #1 wasn’t thrilled with her nails. Daughter #2 hated hers. I think sour face was aggravated with us and rushed the work with her. Both new sets looked mediocre and polish was not clean. My pedi was basic: soak your feet trim the cuticles pumice the heel and paint the nails type of pedi.
Overall nothing spectacular and only marginally enjoyable. Just wasn’t my type of vibe.

First time getting a mani/​pedi and I was more than satisfied with how my nails turned out. Tina was the one to do my nails, regular polish for my toes and gel polish for my fingernails. Total cost was $ 55 for everything, it was $ 5 extra to do french tip, which I had done on my fingernails. ⁴⁄₅ stars because I could sense them talking about me, as well as other customers, in their native language.

This is my second time going here for my nails. The first time I came, I came with my daughter. Was greeted nicely upon entering. Didn’t have to wait long. Wanted stiletto nails. Didn’t really get what I asked for, but really liked the technician who was doing my nails so I ended up with a full set with gel nail color added to the top. The lady who did my nails threw in free nail design. My daughter’s nails came out really cute. Although her gel nails only lasted about a week before peeling off.
Came for a fill today. Not the same greeting as before, but whatever. Got a fill and nail design. The technician didn’t do the best of jobs. The nail polish is lumpy and really transparent in some spots. The nail design was done by a different technician, because he didn’t know what to do. I am pretty easy going when it comes to my nails, but I have pastel blue on my nails and the lady just put black, like cheetah print on my ring fingers. Cheetah print doesn’t look all that good. But I guess it is just nail polish. They do not sterilize their tools. I couldn’t even scrub my nails with the nail brush, because I had no idea which were used or cleaned. I probably should find someone where else to go.

Had a relaxing soak didn’t rush like some nail salons. Tina did a great job on my gel manicure and pedicure just wish gels were a little more reasonable but can understand with the amount of time. If it was only $ 60 vs. $ 75. Was $ 40 extra for both fingers and toes.

This place is the best! Christine always takes good care of me. They provide great service and great prices. The staff is super nice!

This place gets 1 star from me and let me explain why. First they don’t have a pricing sheet on the wall and I know I’m like most people I want to see what I’m paying! I always feel like they charge whatever they want when there no price sheet up on the wall! I Overheard another customer ask and it was 32.00 for mani gel not bad. I asked for technician to add a heart I’m red on my white nails which she did but then she proceeded to put yellow on my pinkie around my heart which I never asked for then when I told her to stop once I realized what she was doing she didn’t even bother to remove what she did! I was so frustrated my this point I just wanted to go. I brought my 16 year old cousin with me who also got heart designs and the guy that was doing her nails had to have another lady come help him because he didn’t know how to!!! So the bill comes $ 37 for my cousin $ 42 for me when I questioned the price difference I was told it was because I got hearts on 4 nails (8 ttl) while my Cousin only did 4. So 10 $ extra which just blew me away. Kicker when my nails were done the nice gentlemen who couldn’t do my cousins design finished my nails he pressed soo hard on them he smudged my paint on my hearts!!! And once again didn’t bother to fix it. Never going back

It is interesting how some reviews are very good and some very bad. I like the salon. It is cleaner than most, but none are as clean as I would like. I have been using them for years, lately as a walk in. Some technicians are better than others, but the owner does not tolerate bad staff for long.
I intend to keep going there as long as Christine runs the shop.

A horrible waste of money!
I don’t know what happened to this place. Its gone severely downhill to the point that I wouldn’t even trust them with a pedicure! I had been going there for nearly three years, and always had perfect acrylic pink and white nails. Then I took a year off of the acrylics to give my nails a break.
I was excited to get a new set of nails at what used to be my favorite nail salon. That excitement turned to anger and disappointment before I even left the salon.
The nails were already starting to lift while my UV coat was drying. The nails were SUPER THICK — like little hooves on the end of each finger. I usually only have them done by the owner, Christine, and she knows how I like my nails to look since I went there for three years. But the next day, I was still very unsatisfied with my hooves… I mean «nails,» so I returned to have her fix some of the lifting. After waiting an hour, all she did was throw another coat of top coat on my nails. I complained about the thickness, and she told me that if I wanted them thinner then I should have gotten gel nails. I still don’t know why she never suggested that in the first place! I left angry and vowed to never go in there again.
A month later, they had grown out quite a bit and I decided to have them soaked off. That was when I discovered that my nail bed was very damaged from where she filed too deeply with the drill. It’s going to take me another 2 months to grow that ugly ridge out. She was never that heavy-​handed with the drill before, so I’m not sure what has changed with her.
The bottom line: DO NOT GO THERE. The owner has vast experience and skill, but she has become very lazy and complacent. The work isn’t good anymore, and she doesn’t seem to care.
And it’s too bad, because I used to rave about her work. Now I’m sitting here typing a review with ugly, stubby fingernails. If they keep up that kind or service, I give them 6 months, tops.

i don’t know how well they do nails but DO NOT get a wax! I went in for an eyebrow wax and came out with a good portion of my skin ripped off! My eyebrows look good but the scab underneath them? not so much…

There are NO DOs… just DON’T… here is why…
1. They DON’T sanitize their instruments… My technician brought out his tools, open to air, on a dish. It literally LOOKED dirty – no shine, no feel of cleanliness, no sight of «sanitizing envelope» enclosed OR no sight of sanitizing solution in the salon. Seriously?!
2. They DON’T use new file boards… Once my pedi started, but before he started filing at my toenails, I noticed that there were «white» scrapes on both front and back of the file board. Eww, GROSS! But seriously, how much does a new file cost? Perhaps I should bring them a fresh « Unilocal» file. No joke.
3. They DON’T use the good products… I usually bring my own polish – base, color, & top coat – just in case nail salons offer poor products. I looked the brands they use for base & top coat and product names that look like they are commonly sold at cheap drug stores. LAME.
4. They DON’T do relaxing massages… My technician did more of a VIGOROUS rub, rather than a relaxing massage. Massage chairs give better massages than my technician. Sucks.
5. They DON’T know how to paint correctly… The paint looked too thick & goopy! Lucky for me, I had brought my own polish, so I ended up going home, removing the paint, and then re-​painting it myself! Wtf?!
CONVENIENCE: * [It took 3 hours to do a regular mani & pedi… pitiful.]
SERVICE: ** [Accepts walk-​ins, but still ended up a 30-​min wait on the spa chair. I started to wrinkle… had to take my feet out.]
AMBIANCE: * [Looks clean, but looks can be deceiving.]
PRICE: $$ [$ 35 for mani & pedi]
OVERALL: * [1-​star, only because I have to.]
NOTE TO SELF: Being cheap is not always the best way to go. I only came here because I saw a $ 3 off coupon offered in the neighborhood savings booklet. Lesson learned. FML.

My friend and I got a manicure and pedicure for $ 35 per person. It already cost $ 25 for only a manicure, so we decided that we might as well get a pedicure too. It was definitely worth it. Nancy worked on my friend and Alex worked on my fingers and toes.
Service: Both were professional and limited the small talk. And when there was small talk, the topics were amusing because they were so stereotyped. Alex asked me if I liked kimchi (because I’m Korean) and whether or not I eat dog (because I’m Korean). Haha! I thought Alex did a great job with my heels. There was so much dead skin there that he had to bring out The Grater. Now my feet feel softer and look more womanly. I also liked the fact that he was very meticulous with trimming the skin around my nails.
The facilities: Clean, looks like the typical Vietnamese run nail parlor, and they offer OPI brand of nail polish (according to my friend, OPI is a solid brand). Brownie points for maintenance: after the pedicure, they clean the machine within 15 minutes!
We walked in at 2PM but there were no seats so we had to make reservations for 4PM. They do take walk-​ins but reservations are highly recommended. We were there for about 1 hour and 45 minutes. I thought I’d be in and out in a hour, so we were a bit surprised how we didn’t even notice the time pass. Overall, I really liked the experience and I’d go back because of the convenient location and good service.

Found this place thru the zip code magazine ad/​coupon for $ 13 fill and $ 23 pedicure. So i said, why not? My boyfriend and I went together, while we both got our pedi together, we also both got manicures, his was a regualr manicure, mine was the gel fill. They were nice and attentive and no wait!
Will go back soon =)
