Edible Arrangements

This isn’t a rating for anything personal, but I really had to say how much I hate edible arrangement prices. Even at the end when I was submitting payment, they kept asking if I wanted to add things. I already spent 70 dollars on fruit that will be eaten and no one will ever see again, so no, I don’t want to add a stupid button. With that said, this fast delivery option saved me, as it is a convenient way to send presents when you are busy. But I will never ever agree with these prices. This business is the devil and I caved in.

Horrible customer service and ruined Valentine’s Day for me. I hate this location and everyone who works there is rude and not willing to help out at all. I bought a chocolate bouquet of strawberries for my girlfriend and she gets off at 3pm. I asked the sales associate and they tell me businesses are first deliveries and will be there before 2 and definitely before 3pm. It’s 2pm and still no word from my girlfriend. I give them a call and am now told we do not promise a time and essentially it gets there when it gets there. It delivery was enterprised to another store location because of the location of the delivery. I call that new store location on Las Vegas Blvd and they are very friendly and even go out of their way to try to help but by that time it was too late because my girlfriend had left work. The store on Las Vegas Blvd tell me that this store location did not include any notes on time because if they have they tend to route their schedule accordingly. If I can give this location a 0 stars I would.

My Husband called to let them know that some of the fruit was not ripe. They made a new one for me and included chocolate covered strawberries at no additional cost. The second order was delicious!!! Thanks for providing excellent customer service!

I was a little nervous after reading some bad reviews, but my sister ordered the arrangement as a gift for me, and this is where she ordered it from. She ordered it for pickup, so I can’t comment on delivery service. When I went to pick it up, the guy was very fast and very friendly. It was ready at the time she had ordered it for.
Another customer walked in while he was helping me, and another employee came out of the back immediately and asked how she could help her.
The arrangement was beautiful and huge, and had 3 pretty balloons attached to it. All of the fruit was very fresh and delicious! I was impressed.

Please use any other Edible Arrangements. Terrible customer service, Mary is one of the rudest people you could deal with and the drivers don’t understand English. Just not worth the hassle.

One of the best places to get something different than flowers. I needed a quick thank you arrangement and was able to get an arrangement done in two hours. The arrangement was beautiful and worth the money. The person who took my order was so friendly and knowledgable. I advised her what the arrangement was for and gave her a price range. She selected an arrangement that was perfect. The lady who I gave the arrangement to loved the arrangement. Awesome place with easy parking.

Well, I tried to give them a chance to resolve this issue and it was handled even more poorly. Never got a response or a phone call back from the manager but instead I randomly got a $ 3.60 credit to my card. That wasn’t even the cost of the balloon that was missing. It was a very random amount. It is pretty disappointing that a manager would provide this kind of poor service for a franchise with such a well respected name. Maybe it is just this location. Based on other reviews of this location, it seems they have had problems for quite sometime. I don’t want to count out Edible quite yet. There are a handful of other locations in town that have much better ratings. Maybe the store management should take a lesson from those other store managers. People pay good money for this product and expect what they see in the picture if not better. The management and customer service are a joke. Think twice before going to this location.

The husband and I got a coupon from David Bridal for six free chocolate covered strawberries because he open a credit card with them. So to thank him they gave us this free gift. BEWARE OF FREE STUFF!
Now I like free stuff as much as the next person. But they gave us 6 free strawberries alright…
I think they went in the back and found 6 old berries and gave us. The fruit was soft next to mushy. We waited like 45 minutes to have them made so I can only assume they gave us the old berries on purpose. They never ever have to worry about me coming back to this location. Message received you don’t like or want our business.

My overall rating for this place is a «meh». Staff was not overly friendly or helpful. They did not have any helpful signage in the store. They were not overly patient. Just an overall «meh» experience.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I’ve ordered here twice and both were horrible service. Got my mom an arrangement for her birthday ordered the day before and expected to deliver the next day. We’ll she was gone and called them to tell them she was home so they could deliver it. They said no we close at 5 and it’s 4 now so you can pick them up. Pick them up? I paid for delivery on her birthday not for her to pick up her OWN birthday present 2 days later (since their not open Sunday) I called then early Monday, very mad. Demanding a refund or a upgrade. After several calls and no we can’t refund you. They finnaly gave in and said they would refund me. Horrible costumer service, they don’t even try to make you happy. Skip this place and get flowers instead!

I walked into edible arrangements and was lucky there wasn’t a wait to purchase a bouquet a week before mother’s day. I spoke to the girl behind the desk and she was very knowledgable and helpful with picking the bouquet.
My issue with this location, is that it was delivered in a personal vehicle. I was shocked to see someone delivering my mother’s well deserved fruit bouquet in a black Hyundai. So we received a semi cold, melted chocolate arrangement. I understand that it’s busy, but I expect the business to make arrangements for that. I’m pretty sure transporting something that’s so easily perishable is a health code violation as well.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience for me. But it’s also hard to say that I won’t be back to this company. I believe they’re franchised, so I’ll have to take my business to a different location next time around.

My hubs decided to surprise me on Mother’s Day. I answered the door to find a delivery person with a red box who informed me that I «had» balloons but they just blew away and I could still see them if I ran outside. Also, either the AC wasn’t working in her car, or she had too many deliveries. When I opened the box my strawberries were melted into a gooey mess. I put them in the fridge and checked on them a couple of hours later. The chocolate flavor was nasty. I would guess that’s in part to the chocolate melting and re-​setting. When my hubs called the store they only offered to refund the cost of the balloons. I love the idea of this company but the execution is crap.

I have sent edible arrangements in the past not really knowing what the quality is. Today I got to experience/​taste what they have to offer.
I called ahed to the store to order 12 chocolate dipped strawberries to take to a dinner party. The girl on the phone was very polite and told me that she could have them ready in as little as an hour.
The presentation was great, the strawberries were huge and the chocolate was mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm…
The location in Stephanie seems a little random and out of the way for a pickup but I have confidence now to order them for special occasion deliveries!
