HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SCAM!!!
(This is long but worth it to read all the way till the end)
I saw a Groupon for a year of unlimited laser hair treatments so I called to ask questions before I was going to fork out $ 900. All of my questions were answered and Kim (the technician) was super friendly and down-​to-​earth. She explained to me that the Groupon should have been taken down a long time ago but they would just take my payment directly through them. I’m assuming they were instructed to do this by their owners since I know that Groupon collects a big percent. I stupidly paid over the phone and set up my first appt.
my first appointment was fine but I did notice that Kim lacked a lot of unprofessional qualities that put me off a bit. Kim is extremely nice and made me very comfortable but she needs A LOT more training.
I had to wipe down my legs because I had put on lotion several hours prior to arriving. So she took me back to the showers (which by the way smelled like rotate eggs) and then gave me a wash cloth to stand in the shower and wipe down my legs. I had no towel and after waiting quite sometime, the water was still freezing. So basically I was left to air dry and put my clothes back on.
Then I was brought back to the treatment room and had to disrobe. I wasn’t given ANYTHING to cover myself with and I basically had to ask for something. Kim gave me a plastic chair liner.
Kim began to use the machine and saying it’s the latest state-​of-​the-​art laser hair removal machine imported from Italy. I believed her at the time but now I know that’s not true at all and Circuit Med Spa actually has the oldest version that has a big laser and you have to slowly move from section to section. It took well over an hour to do my legs. Also, in the package I paid for it included Brazilian but Kim explained to me that she would not be able to do a fell Brazilian because the laser is too big to get in the smaller areas., are you kidding me!!!
After it was all said and done I was sweating like crazy because I was wrapped in plastic (instead if a normal towel) and it was a very unprofessional experience. Nonetheless, I paid for a full year of services so I was going to stick with it.
Cut to a week later… I receive a call from Kim saying that over the weekend the owners told their employees that they were closing their doors and in February would be re-​opening at a new location on Flamingo and 215! I was the told that it might be my best interest to dispute the credit card charges for my services because even though Kim had requested that the owners give me a full refund that she didn’t see that occurring in a timely manor.
I am so disgusted that the owners allowed their staff to continue to charge for a year of unlimited services and still had their Groupon up if they were planning on «re-​locating». Everything about this place is a complete scam and false advertisement!!!
If this place does end up re-​opening their doors, I truly hope you try a different Med Spa.
Pearl Med Spa is now where I am being seen and it’s truly a night and day experience! Their equipment is amazing and the technician was able to laser my entire body in an hour! They can also do all of the areas as advertised without any issues of the laser gun being to big. I was also informed by the great people at Pearl Med Spa that the machine at Circuit is very old and not as effective.

I have visited this spa several times now and each visit is a bit different! Some days I receive exceptional help, other days it’s just mediocre. The staff in general is very nice the always offer water and they will come and check on you during you time there but getting started and checking out has been an issue. Usually there is only one person there so at times you wait an extremely long time to get set up or checked out from the spa. (FYI– these types of things bother me so… 3 stars! If the staff wasn’t trying so hard to be nice I probably would have only given them 2 stars.)
On to general information, the spa has a lot of offering for detox and weight loss as well as a salon. The salon is placed in the front of the spa and it’s behind a glass wall so everyone who comes in can see you getting your hair done! (Definitely, not my «cup of tea!» Thankfully, all other services are separated into rooms in the back!)
Overall, as a spa experience I would say that this is an ok spa. If I were to recommend a spa to someone I don’t think this would be the place unless they were looking into some specific detox or weight-​loss programs. I feel this is a great spa for those types of things but if you are looking for a traditional «pamper me» type of spa this is not the place!

This spa is absolutely amazing and an original facility. Manager Amy is warm and welcoming also the rest of the staff!!! How much fun it is to step into a place of relaxation and it feels like im just hanging out with girlfriends as I’m doing any of the treatments that btw have helping me keep everything tight and Now and esthetician on board so I just got a peel today! I’m stoked. Doesn’t get any better than this! Please make time to see what this place is about, you will see what I mean when I say it’s an original!

Great spa, great staff, great experience! I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for weight loss help or just want to live a healthier, happier lifestyle!

Love Circuit Spa! Everyone was super friendly and took time to show me how the machines worked and what they did. Bianca (owner) even came over and gave me some water while I was getting a body wrap! They have everything you could possible want and more all at one location. Don’t waste your money anywhere else! Come here first you will not be disappointed!

Going to Circuit Spa was such a great experience! Any establishment that combines the newest knowledge about both health and beauty is a winner in my book! The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable– check this place out!

Incredibly awesome!!! Is how I will describe this place! I wish they have a place like this in NC. The services provided is fantastic n the staff is great Amy has been there for me for my whole experience here. Ms Bianca n Ms Brooke was great as well. In here you will feel comfortable, at home n family to them unlike other snobby medical spas where you are treated differently. I had hyperhydrosis tx in conjunction with my groupon package done here n they went out of their way to give me a very comfortable experience. I had some minor billing issues with them but even that was handled professionally n diligently. In conclusion this place is AWESOME hands down! Ms Bianca maybe you can branch out to other places or state and clone your amazing staff (hint hint: in NC!) lol :)

Yes Unilocal… WooHoo!!! As Good as it gets!!! Circuit Spa is one of the Seven Treasures of Las Vegas!!! If they were located on the Vegas Strip you would wait in line for hours or have to slip the Host a Benjamin — like one of the Top Nightclubs or Zagat’s Top Restaurants — XS, Marquee, Pure Etc. STK, Joël Robuchon, Raku! Trust me this is one of most Decadent Indulgent — Absolutely Amazing places to experience… Shhhhhhhhh so far it’s «Top Secret» for the Elite in Vegas! XoXo Circuit Spa!!!

I love Circuit Spa! Circuit Spa is a very unique concept, it has ALL the cutting edge technology that the stars use to stay looking and feeling good without having to have a star or movie studio budget. My focus was on weight loss, detox and anti aging. I won’t go into all the machines and treatments you can read that on their website; let me just say after only 5 days my energy was thru the roof. I can’t explain why it all works –but it does. Bianca the owner or Amy the manager can — just ask them. After 3 weeks I have lost weight (almost 10 lbs) and look & feel amazing. I highly recommend Circuit Spa — if you want to jump start your life and your attitude this is the place. The value here is unequaled. I have to go back home to Atlanta now — please, please open one there. I will be the first to sign up!!!

Eureka! I found it! I give Circuit Spa 5 no 10 Star’s. I am Type1 (Insulin Dependant) Diabetic 32 years now. Since joining Circuit Spa I have noticeable improvement is going on since becoming a member at Circuit Spa. My average blood sugar was over the last 30 days, last month it was

I love Circuit Spa. Amy and Bianca are amazing they make you feel like you’re family. The equipment and products are all top of the line and it is one of my favorite places to come and just BE. The atmosphere is excellent with relaxing music, beautiful paintings, and friendly faces. This is mostly a self-​service type of spa, which is different than I am used to, but I appreciate the idea and I think it’s pretty cutting edge. Ive overheard others say that other cspas similar to this are overcrowded, which is not the case here. Perfect and non-​invasive. :)

Instantaneous bliss as I entered! My first visit to the spa was yesterday, and I found it through Groupon. This place is full of positive, healing energy. I believe this is because the owner, Bianca Paris-​truly created the spa to enhance the lives of others. Her altruism wasn’t left unnoticed as I entered and throughout my experience. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and I felt taken care of!
Just a side note– I did purchase the Groupon-​and I have noticed that at some places, Groupon customers are not treated the same as customers who are regulars or customers who pay full price. This wasn’t the case at all.
My experience:
As I entered, tranquil relaxing, yet upbeat music played as well as nature sounds (bird song). Loved it! The artwork on the walls of goddesses and buddha gave me the feeling of being transported somewhere sacred-​the artwork people choose to place in their place of business can say a LOT! Do you want to leave the spa feeling like a goddess? I sure DO!
I was greeted with a warm welcome as I approached the front desk. Bianca even added an extra service to my spa day package (no charge)! I did the wrap first, and enjoyed it-​as it was my first experience having this style of therapy. It was relaxing and the only slight fear I had was dehydration-​but Bianca and her staff made sure to keep my glass of water full during the entire 50 min. Bianca spoke with me for a few minutes while I detoxed, wrapped like a burrito and the few things she told me about herself really made me appreciate the spa. She’s an authentic individual who truly created the spa to offer affordable services to those who need healing.
I don’t want to make my review TOO long, so here’s what treatments I had:
Body Sculpt Endermologie (30 min) —
which was fun! I’ve researched enough about cellulite and this therapy-​done on a regular basis can certainly yield results! After just one session, I saw a very slight improvement. Miraculous! Just one session!
(30min) Collagen Red Light Therapy Beds with Eng3 Activated Air,
breathing in oxygen and relaxing under the lamps-​I passed right out with the tranquil
Detoxification Foot Bath with Hair Growth Scalp Treatment and Light Stim Facial Lights–
as I sipped the delicious tea blend, concocted by Bianca herself, my spa session was complete!
I highly recommend this spa!
The reviews are correct, it”s not a spa where you are being catered to every second by human hands, rather a place to escape every day stresses and try innovative therapeutic and healing technology. However, there are treatments available for those who want the typical-​facials, etc. I, personally, loved trying out all of the innovative technology!
Lastly, the Groupon was only $ 35-​well worth it! I’ll be back the next time I visit LV for sure!

I was so looking forward to trying this spa today. I filled out the lengthy form online prior to going. I arrived ten minutes early to take a tour (was asked to do this when I made the appointment). When I got there, I did notice that the receptionist never once looked up at me or made eye contact. I complimented them for having the form available online. Then she told me that they never received my information, and that this was the third time they had this problem today (clearly a technical problem on their end). She then had me fill out the entire form again on their computer. Annoying. I submitted it, and once again I received the «form submitted successfully» message. However, they still did not receive it, and they asked me to once again fill out the entire form but not to hit submit, so they could copy it into a word document. I should have left, but I filled it out once more and when I was done, I waited in the lobby alone for 5 minutes. Then they returned and spent ten minutes trying to copy it and create a word document. I was starting to become pretty irritated. I should mention that the receptionist who was kind of sweet is far from professional. She actually used the word «shit» a handful of times, talking to herself, when trying to figure all of their tech problems out. Another employee (and older woman) touched my water bottles to make sure they were mine while I was filling out the form. A few minutes later, I saw her wipe her nose with her hand. Gross.
Okay, so after I filled out the form for the third time, I think the receptionist could not figure out how to make it into a word document and she said «I’ll just make a little account for you.» She then asked me for my address, and my email address. I couldn’t believe it. She got my email address when I called and made the appointment, and I had entered it into their form at least three times. That was it for me. I told them that my appointment was over 30 minutes ago, and that I had too much to do to be wasting time in their lobby any longer. I was very sad driving home, because I really needed some «me» time and was very excited to try their body wrap. I could not put up with the service any longer though.

I am a fanatic about spas. I love being pampered, cleansed, and detoxified. I am just not sure if this style of rejuvenation therapy is for me. I have had Circuit Spa bookmarked for quite some time and was lucky enough to catch a promotion on Groupon. I hurried up and swept in to buy the deal.
On my first visit, I did the body wrap. It was a nice experience to just lay in bed and have warm compresses envelope the problem areas. I am not sure if they burn the 1,000 plus calories, but they did release the tension in my muscles. I fell asleep while on the bed. That is something to be commended because the lady next to me was projecting rather loudly to her friend in the other room. Eventually, the staff politely asked them to stop because they were impeding on the other guests right to relax. I appreciated that.
Next station had me get into a leotard and suction out the impurities within my body. I tried my best to focus on how I was taught to do it. I didn’t want to end up in a pile on the floor. All of this was a precursor to what was to come.
I, then, moved to the foot bath, oxygen, and facial lights station. The warm water was to facilitate the extraction of toxins. It turned murky brown with fat bubbles floating around.
I finished off with the self facial. I found out halfway through that I didn’t use enough of the gels. Apparently you need to layer on a generous amount. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I honestly feel bad for giving it a lower rating because of that fact, but this style of spa service is not for me. I am happy that they are doing so well and have a strong following.

Today I burned 1400 calories in one hour! This spa is most defiantly the highest of cutting edge treatments. So many choices and such a nice atmosphere, I’ll be back tomorrow for the Rolls Royce of treatments:)

Im not going to lie. I’m a hot mess and I like to party. Hey its Vegas. It happens … So whenever I need to seriously detox so I rage on again I come to circuit spa. I feel so brand new. The only down side is that when I drink again I get drumker faster. Is that a bad thing?

This is definitely as good as it gets. Great service… amazing energy. The spa is a self service spa with many different machines to try. They assist you with everything, so no worries. i did the endermology machine, detox wrap and the foot spa… After spending 5 hrs there, i no longer had a hangover and felt light and full of energy!

A spa like no other Circuit Spa offers state of the art detox and cellular rejuvenation.
For my first time here I tried the formostar body wrap. You know what pleasant feeling of sweat dripping from your body after a Bikram yoga class? Same feeling.
Next I tried the Chi machine with Collagen lights. That machine made me feel euphoric. It was absolutely amazing.
I’ll definitely be back again.
Note: if you’re planning on trying the formostar bring an extra change of clothes.

I’m here now and using the cellu-​light bike. This place is awesome!!! The staff is super knowledgable and very friendly and accommodating. The equipment is top of the line and everything is extremely clean. I’m looking forward to trying out the array of yummy teas that are offered here. I think I could become very addicted to Circuit Spa!
