I change my mind to this place, she was nice and everything, but like I called if I wanna reschedule my last wrap and she was like it needs to be 24 prior of it and I’m like well it’s my last one anyways. But then she ask me if I am going to buy more wraps and I thought like is this a bribe so she can reschedule my wrap or I don’t even know so I didn’t show up at all and didn’t care about it

Completely the best experience I have ever had with a facial and body wrap! L’Marie is meticulous and the service is bar none the most fabulous feeling I have ever had. I was greated by L’Marie and offered a wonderful gourmet cheese plate and champagne cocktail. The spa itself is beautifully decorated and the surroundings lush. My new addiction and definitely my go to for the coming New Year. Highly recommend!

If I could do NO stars I would!!! The owner of this place is so rude &disgusting &I know it was her because that’s how she introduces herself, a few people I knew had gone here &after a single wrap they decided to just call it a loss &stop going because of how unprofessional she is! You can hear her talking to someone on her phone telling the person that they can’t be that stupid &she’ll see them when she gets home &I’ve heard how she talks to her receptionist &event to guests in person &over the phone she’s just rude &we’ve all even talked about it and nobody ever sees this lady doing anything nor is she ever there! Her receptionist with the short hair, really cute and sweet girl, does everything!!! This lady is lazy &arrogant. I’ve left multiple messages many times &I never get a call back &like I said, I know people who have gone there &flat out STOPPED!!! This woman is a con artist &a scam! I’ve even witnessed her myself writing down card numbers to whomever she speaks with on the phone — personal card information, isn’t that illegal? &it says she does eyelash services —– but doesn’t offer it.. .. This woman is a joke BUYER BEWARE do NOT buy from her!!!

Called on my way there with questions and no answer or message left informing customers they were closed.
Location is in a plaza and not listed with all the other business’s. Would of been nice to know they were in a non-​retail space and upstairs in an office building setting.
After finding it I came to a locked to door and no sign saying closed. Another customer was book at my same time had been waiting and calling them with the same results. Other customer stated she has been called 2 hrs before her last appt because they had to cancel and reschedule her for this date where they did a no call no show for their customers.
They took our number when setting up the appt they could of atleast called their customers. It took me 1hr and 20mins each way fight thru traffic hour to get their. I had Friday off but took and early day to get here on time and elected to work on my day off to make up for the time I took off. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

I bought 5 body wraps & the staff was very professional, friendly & these were so relaxing. We set up my appointments ahead a time. I recommend this place

If you’ve ever had the need to spoil yourself I guarantee this is the place to have the most phenomenal experience pampering yourself ever! I just got the Lighten, Brighten, Tighten facial and it was unbelievable. I look so much forward to coming to L Marie Bare Elegance and she gave me the VIP treatment, goodies to take home and even educated me on a lot of stuff about my skin that I had no idea.

Please do not patronize this establishment. The owner is rude and refused to return phone calls or text messages. I went there with a groupon and prepaid for additional sessions… she won’t return my calls, but has my money. The business is unorganized and based on her unprofessional conduct – I consider it a racket. Save your money & time!

WARNING WARNING!!! Do not engage!!! The way this woman talks to her clients, family, assistant etc is absolutely disgusting, as is her bad habit of double dipping her wax sticks, drinking during work hours and purposely not scheduling clients that don’t tip well enough for her. She takes her clients money and makes it impossible to make future appt. She lies about having problems and issues that she uses as excuses for her unprofessional behavior. I’ve had nothing but complaints from the clients I have sent her way, and she blew off my own facial appointment w her after I already had a sitter. BUYER BEWARE!!! FYI, you will never get your money back! Her skin care products are a joke and crazy expensive… She is the epitome of Unprofessional!

I was definitely suckered into this deal.
This person is so hard to get a hold of. NO ONE ANSWERS, ever!
When initially buying the deal. I had to call her, leave a message AND email her about a handful of times… We finally was able to schedule for three dates because that’s what’s recommended to get a «good result». First scheduled day, I arrived about 10 mins early, attempted to find the place but there was no sign, no direction to where her location was, even went into a few places which I had thought may be the place or may be where she’s leasing from — couldn’t find it. I called several times, no answer. Waited for a call back after 20 – 30 mins in the parking lot, no answer.
Disappointed and aggravated, I called a last time to cancel all scheduled appointments.
There’s no way of reaching a single person here.
I refuse to go forward with anything because of this simple issue that can be easily fixed.
The inconvenience of having to chase someone for an appointment.
Tried to address the refund but per Groupon you would need to contact the business, so I did.
Her manneurism is sarcastic and rude.
She refuses to accept the fact that she DOES have bad reviews (all stating of no one being able to reach anyone) and won’t address the refund.
My suggestion is definitely don’t even waste your time and find another place. I’m sure that would be quicker than getting a hold of someone here at LMarie’s Bare Elegance, LLC.

In February I bought a Groupon for 3 Microdermabrasion treatments. Two or three weeks later I got an appointment. At the time of my 1^st. appt. I thought she was okay and the facial was fine. Stupidly I said I would go on Groupon and buy another 3 treatments and give them to friends. She told me I could buy it from her at the same price. In March I was going to make another appt. with her but I got sick and had to postpone my appt. She also had to cancel out on an appt. because she was moving to another salon (third salon since I bought the Groupon in a matter of a couple of months, interesting!!). After that I was traveling a lot.
Texted her May 1 to make an appt. for May 4– couldn’t do that day
She did text me back and said she could do it May 12.
I texted her back and said I was going away for the week of May 11 and let’s talk about a compatible time that she can do my facial.
She texted me back, on May 1, and said, «I’ll call you next week my husband is in the hospital».
On May 5 I texted her again and asked if her husband was better and to let me know when he was better and when she thinks she would be able to set up an appt. for me.
I DIDN’T HEAR A WORD FROM HER!!!
On May 8, Friday, I went in to have my nails done (same Salon that LMarie works in) and there she was. She was MAD that I came into the salon, but I told her I didn’t even think she would be there because of her husband being sick and that I had a nail appt. I asked why she never called me back. At that time she told me I could make another appt on May 23 and I said fine. I asked for my second Groupon money back ($ 99) that I made with her personally because the way she was acting, not returning texts that I sent her, she said she would send that money to me. HOWEVER, she called and cancelled my May 23 appt. and told me she would NOT honor those 2 original Groupon appts that I had on the original Groupon. I didn’t understand why she would cancel out the 2 out of 3 facials, though with her attitude I wouldn’t want her touching my face. It is almost a month later and I have not received my check.
DO NOT TRUST HER.

i purchased 3 body wraps off of groupon. I called and left 3 messages & a few days went by before i even heard back from her. my first apt i went in 10 mins early and was told to wait by a lady who was doing hair. few mins later L marie walked in with her assistant but because it was my first time i had no idea that it was actually her till later. well when she walked in she asked me if my name was hope I said no. so I continued to wait. ½ hour later I stood up again & asked if L marie was here. the lady who was doing hair said «oh she didn’t come & talk to you?» i said no. a few mins later L marie came up to me & said sorry I saw you when I walked in & acknowledged you. I told her yes you did but you asked me if I was Hope & i said no so i continued to sit & wait. well i finally went back & had my treatment done. Her assistant was a very sweet kind lady but L marie was very rude to her in front of me. My next apt was my 2^nd & everything went smoothly except for the fact that she was very rude again to her assistant which made me uncomfortable. The assistant set the machine to a higher level of heat & L marie gave us both a lecture on how that was not recommended at all & usually takes up to one year to build. Well first off I did not ask to set the heat to 90 & 2^nd instead of yelling & scolding her assistant in front of me for doing that she should have took her outside & talked to her. I felt so bad & sorry for that lady. the 3^rd apt: I could not make it & texted her that morning like she had texted me twice asking me to confirm my other 2 previous apts. so I thought it would be ok to text. well i got no text back from her so i was assuming everything was ok & that she got it. a few days later I texted her again & asked if she had any openings for my 3^rd and final apt. she said «i have a 3:15 would you like that one?» I said «oh darn i can’t do you have anything tomorrow afternoon?» she then replied «I’m sorry Im completely booked. I think with service well if we had a conversation instead of text»…
well in my previous experience & also with others here on Unilocal I noticed L marie is a very hard person to get ahold of by calling & I often got her voicemail so i thought texting was easier for her & for me since she was quicker at responding… well apparently she wanted a phone conversation which was no problem at all but instead of texting me back so rudely, I would have preferred her kindly asking to call her & i would have done just that. well it jus made me upset thinking of how it was ok for her to text when she felt like it & now when Im texting her about my final apt she gets a sour & rude attitude. well, it is just not worth my time driving 25 mins to my apt. to meet up with a person like this so I just told her I’ll take the lost on the last bodywrap that I purchased. I was also kind enough to tip her $ 10 on each visit despite being uncomfortable & unhappy with her services. well, after this happened I notified groupon & they were kind enough to refund me $ 10 towards my next purchase thank you groupon!!! I’ll definitely be looking forward to going to another bodywrap session with another saloon.

Purchased a series of 3 body wraps from groupon. Called Monday morning to make an appointment she answered the phone and her first question was «how many did you buy». When I said three she instantly sounded annoyed said she would have to call me back in a little while. Called Tuesday left a message, called today spoke with a very rude L’Marie who again asked how many did you purchase and again attitude. She was giving me the I have to call you back speech. I pointed out that this was the third time I had called she got extremely rude and said she is busy with clients and cannot return calls and then told me to contact groupon for a refund she would not be performing the wraps.

I purchased a groupon for a facial. I tried several time to make an appointment by phone, when that was unsuccessful, I physically went there. I left a note with the receptionist for her to call me… three days later, no call. I just went there again today and was told to wait for her…30 minutes later… nothing. This was by far the most unprofessional experience of my life.

Went to L Marie for the first time today. From the moment I walked in she made me feel special. Had the Infrared Body Wrap and a Microdermabrasion Facial. L Marie explained everything before and during the treatments and even provided a lovely fruit and cheese plate in between services. Want to feel truly pampered? If yes, go see L Marie. I will definitely be going back.

Yes, it was a bit difficult getting an appointment, but she was moving and had been gearing up to participate in the Mrs. Nevada pageant. When I finally did get in for my Wow! facial, she was so lovely and spirited I of course forgave the delay. The facial was nice but $ 85.

I had a gift certificate my husband bough for three body wraps. She cancelled the first three appts because her father died. Understandable. A month later I called to find out if I could schedule the appts. After many telephone tags I finally got a hold of her. The website states her hours as T-​Sa 9 – 6. She told me the appts needed to be every other day so I tried to schedule M, W, F. She indicated that she teaches a class on T, W, Thurs until 3 so the soonest she could do would be 4. I told her the certificate and website said her hours were 9 – 6. She said, «Things have changed and I’m not calling in my othe girl just for you. You’re not even paying for it so I’m not going to pay her.» Nice way to treat a new customer! AND it says gratuity is mandatory (breaks NV law) on the certificate anyway. I’m going to work on getting a refund for the certificate somehow.
Avoid this woman and her so-​called «business» at all costs. Not professional and just not a nice person. I understand her father died 6 weeks ago but if you are going through emotional problems don’t take it out on your customers.

I purchased a groupon for a salt scrub. I tried to set up an appointment, but she never called me back. Then, I tried again a week later, but she never called me back. Finally, on the third week, she answered her phone (call her early in the morning). She proceeded to tell me that she was no longer accepting groupon customers and to call groupon for a refund. I am happy to try and get a refund and take my business to someone more professional that returns phone calls. Truly, I was surprised by the bad customer service. Imagine, if you actually get in to see her. Pass.
