I like the kiosk machine which gives you option to receive text when ur 30 mins away from being seen. I wished they something you can do online too like Great Clips. Still… it was convenient!!! NP Cheryl very nice @ good bedside manner. very thorough and not rushing. diagnosed my condition got me my meds and I’m on my way. $ 5 co pay!!! grateful for excellent benefits.

So far it’s not living up to its name minute clinic. This place is slowwwww. Like Insanely slow. I think I may have have been better off at an urgent care. Not sure which is the lesser of two evils Utter waste of time. Person was an idiot

I took my wife here for a swollen node on her finger. She was repeatedly bumped out of line for other customers, with no explanation or apology. I finally called a CVS hotline to ask what was going on; after getting transferred twice I finally spoke to a woman who called this clinic. It took another 30 minutes for the nurse to see her. In the end, the nurse didn’t treat her injury. She proscribed a topical antibiotic that even the pharmacist thought was inappropriate. The name of this facility is downright dishonest. Instead of a minute, we waited nearly 3 hours. When I talked to the management later in the week, I discovered the issue was with how the nurse was using the computer system — if she was busy she simply bumped the next appointment to the back of the line. Since you might have to wait over an hour here anyway, I recommend you go to a legitimate healthcare provider with better trained staff.

I arrived at 9AM, filled out the registration form, waited 20 minutes for a staff member to appear, while sick people around me sneezed and coughed. I had a sore throat and wanted to know what to take or if I was contagious. Finally, a nurse opened the office door and called me in. First thing I wanted to know was the cost, because I don’t have insurance, and they don’t post any prices outside. I was shocked to learn it would be $ 79 – 99 for the visit with a nurse in a drug store! My own MD only charges $ 65 per visit, and he’s qualified! I said no, thank you. That kind of money can buy many things.

I really liked the fact that we were able to check in at the kiosk and not have to be there to wait. The kiosk gave us the option of receiving a text message 30 minutes before our appointment so I was able to leave and run other errands around the area and came back just in time. Considering it was just the doctor there, the actual time with the doctor was less than 15 minutes.

I woke up feeling like death! I tried sleeping it off but was unsuccessful. It would of been too late to go to my PMD& he’s further away then CVS. So I decided to check this place out. I use this CVS pharmacy for my prescriptions. I checked the Minute Clinic out on line to see what types of illness’s they would treat & my sore throat was on the list. I was glad to see their hours listed outside their’s doors because they have two rooms & both doors were closed so it was hard to tell if they were open, but then I noticed the sign on one door that said they were busy with a patient. There’s a computer right outside their doors that you use to sign in. Quick & short form to fill out to get out on the waiting list. Due to the NP having a patient in with her @ the time I arrived I ended up waiting about 30 – 35 minutes on a Monday night after 5pm. NP Shih was very professional & friendly. She listened to my symptoms I was having. Took my vitals & did a full hands on assessment.(I’m an RN) She had sympathy for me seeing how sick I looked & my temperature of 102.1. She was able to electronically submit a prescription for an antibiotic & some Lidocaine to help numb my sore throat to CVS right outside her door. Luckily I didn’t have to wait to long for them to get my medications filled. I was also able to go grab some ice cream & Sprite to help sooth my sore & swollen throat! I was able to pay for my visit vs. having it run through my health insurance(I have limited doctor visits & only have 2 left) My visit only cost $ 99. Not too bad & I’m already on the road to feeling better! I definitely would go here again for a small illness & highly recommend this place to others! Check out the website to see what they treat before heading there!
