I had a great experience at this place. I have an iPhone 6 Plus that had a problem with the sound not coming through the top speaker. I could barley hear people when I had incoming or outgoing calls. I explained this to the technician and he was able to resolve the problem in 15 mins. It turns out the sound was blocked by dust and debris inside of the phone. He cleaned it out and now I can hear perfectly fine. I would recommend this place to my friends and family members.

I took my phone here not knowing if it was going to be an easy fix or a real expensive one. He could have completely taken advantage and made a lot more money and I would have never known. Instead he did the honest thing and did a very quick fix and it only cost me ten bucks. Whew. I will definitely take my phone back there again if I have a problem.

I got my iPhone 6 screen replaced here. The next day it cracked without me even dropping it. I took it back the next day expecting to at least get a discount on a new repair, but the guy there was totally rude to me and treated me like crap. Don’t ever use these guys. They use fake cheap class and not real Apple made glass.

I’ve taken 4 different iphones to this company for repair and only had to return one time. When I returned they did honor the warranty and completed a totally new repair on that device. I was never quoted a rediculous price and every repair was completed in a timely manner. I read other comments and do truly feel simpathetic if that actually happened to those customers however again I’ve had work completed at least 5 times and have been very satisfied every time.

I took my cracked iPhone screen to be repaired here. I was quoted $ 250 and said ok fine. I come back 30 minutes later, the screen was replaced. He says «oh it’s going to be $ 300, I added a tempered glass protection screen so it’s $ 40 extra». No discussion of this added «tempered glass screen» was mentioned in him prior doing so. I cannot get the fingerprint recognition to work with the screen he replaced. Bad business ethics. Would not suggest going here out of principle.

I took my IPhone to get the screen repaired and paid nearly 200 dollars. They replaced the screen within 30 minutes and gave me a 30 day guarantee. I have a LIFEPROOF case on my phone and have not dropped my phone but the screen cracked. I don’t know if it was the heat or faulty installation but when I took my phone back with my receipt to get it repaired (I was still within the 30 days) the gentleman was very rude and refused to do anything for me. He said it was my fault because my case was too tight and that’s what caused the screen to crack. The case I have is the appropriate case for my phone. I paid 200 dollars for a screen that did not even last me a month and this company would not honor their 30 day guarantee. He was rude, non apologetic, and more concerned about chatting it up with his girlfriend than providing any type of customer service or honoring the warranty I had in my hand.
