Dr Keller is not bad. I received acceptable service. However BEWARE. Her accounting people are unorganized, unprofessional, have no integrity. You will be taken advantage of. You pay your insurance portions at the office at time of service and are charged credit card fees. Any balance due you never know about. No statements are EVER sent. I then received a year end statement for a $ 105 charge plus $ 11 «interest» with a demand note to pay by January 20^th and the postmark was January 19^th. Really??? I hope the $ 11 was worth losing a patient!!!

I called the Doctors office on 9−1−15 to schedule an appointment. I had previously seen Dr Keller about two years ago. The doctor needs to have a serious talk with her staff who are very rude an unprofessional. Needless to say I never made an appointment with the doctor due to her rude staff. Now that I have been diagnosed with breast cancer, I am revising my review. The reason for this is her lack of understanding of hormone balancing. She never tested for progesterone levels, she only prescribed it as a sleep aid. Most doctors follow the protocol of not prescribing progesterone if you’ve had a hysterectomy. So she’s no different from other incompetent, mis informed MD’s out there. However, since she was my Dr. and I relied on her to treat me, I want to warn others of her lack of knowledge. I have since learned that even without a uterus, progesterone is important because it protects you from breast cancer. It should have been tested along with estradiol and given the proper ratio in her prescription. But instead she prescribed more estrogen when I complained that I was getting hot again, BIG mistake now that my cancer is ER+. The correct thing to do would have been to check for progesterone (which was practically non-​existant) and balanced me out. I went to another Dr and he saw my high levels of estrogen levels and was alarmed. Rightly so, because I now have cancer.
Avoid her!
The bottom line is, don’t reply on anyone, do your own research, ask questions, be informed

Dr Keller is an amazing doctor. However her staff is not friendly nor knowledgeable.
I had called many times regarding lab work that her staff sent out to a non-​network lab due to my medical coverage. Also staff obtained wrong deductible and upfront fees. Charged me more than I pay for medical a month! I would advise others to double check where they send lab work off too before leaving.
Doctor was great! But staff there weren’t friendly or helpful. To the staff there If you hate your job so much find another job.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Keller for 5 years, and she’s been awesome! She takes time to talk to me about my concerns and multiple alternative therapies to medications. I appreciate how she does not beat around the bush. She is direct, which it seems some people find abrasive, but I disagree. Her staff is all very friendly. Her office is very clean. I would recommend her 100%.

Wonderful and very helpful. Sonia in the office is great! I got my test results back very quickly and they were great with working to get my birth control approved by my difficult insurance.

First apt took 40 min to get in room.
Today I have been sitting here almost an hour and still in main waiting room.
It’s like our time doesn’t matter.

I have never encountered such a foul mouthed doctor. She didn’t ask me a single question about how I felt, or if I had any concerns about my health. Instead, she got caught up in a rant about how the healthcare system is ripping off doctors. I had listen to this the entire time it took to do my annual. She was working herself up into a cursing frenzy and, in my opinion, seems emotionally unstable. It was bizarre.
I received a courtesy call that my results were fine, but I have yet to see a letter from the lab and it’s been over month since my exam. I wonder if my sample was ever sent to the lab –possibly a buck saved? Who knows, but money seemed to be in the forefront of Dr. Keller’s mind.
I will never go back. I will warn friends and enemies to stay away. I am still shaking off
this experience.
My advice to Dr. Keller is work on your professionalism. I respect the level of education that you have achieved. What you’ve done is no easy feat. Unfortunately, you will single handedly kill your business with your nastiness. Is it worth it?

I really appreciate my visit to the office and getting great advice. Dr. Keller was very patient and professional, as well as the staff. I’m looking very forward to following up for future appointments and will recommend family and friends.

Dr. Keller’s response via Unilocal shows her lack of concern and inability to truthfully recollect events. Furthurmore, her assertion that she suggested the mirena implant to ME solidifies the fact that she is lying. My fiancé and I researched mirena at length and I specifically remember him being confused and surprised when I came in with a nuvaring sample. A sample you provided to me because you worked, at that time, in partnership with nuvaring. I even remember the fancy little zipper case it came in and the colorful brochure inside. Again, incorrect information Dr. Keller when you stated that I came to you on depo privera and you «renewed» my prescription. I hadn’t been on depo in 4 years. You did not INFORM me of the weight gain. You warned me when I came in the first time about the weight and I very clearly told you I already knew as, AGAIN, I had been on it 4 YEARS PRIOR. I didn’t come back to you until the next year because 1) I chose not to continue depo, as is my right in deciding my own healthcare and 2) because I was coming in for my YEARLY WELLNESS EXAM which may account for the expanse of a years time having passed. Consider yourself lucky that you have yet to be sued for malpractice. I remember these details because, unlike you, I have the truth on my side. You have several similar bad reviews on here. You need to realize that the common denominator is you. God bless you Dr. Keller. You’ll need it. I will be pursuing this through the State Medical Board. I hope your need to respond, with lies, was worth this. You’re a quack.

Stay far away!
I wouldn’t normally exhaust my energy but I will this time. A couple of years ago
I did go to Dr. Keller for an annual. I asked if my uterus seemed to be dropping. She said it was. She actually said,“your s*it is falling out.” She referred me to a specialist. The words I am repeating are still strongly etched in my mind because they were so unusual for a doctor to say. She said,” I’m referring you to the guy that is the best. He is the guy gynecologists refer patients to when we «f» them up.” At the time I appreciated her frankness. Shortly thereafter I went to the specialist and had surgery. Surgery was Thursday, I went home Saturday. By Sunday my emotions were on a roller coastal. I called Dr. Keller’s office and left a message. Monday I didn’t get a return call. I called the office. The receptionist gave me an answer like,” Dr. Keller listened to your message and there’s nothing to worry about and she’ll get back to you.” By Thursday I went to another Dr. That put me on hormone replacement. I then got a call from Dr. Keller’s office asking me to come in. At that point I said I had already been to another Dr.
My daughter is one that posted the other review. I’m not going to rehash her entire situation but I am SURE Jaz didn’t ask for NuvoRing. I’m sure Jaz asked for a medication that is inserted in the arm for 3 months or so. I don’t know the name, I just know the conversation I had with her about the research her and her boyfriend had done. I Also know Jaz had an apptmnt to change to this said medicine because she told me in advance. I remember The day Jaz called me upset about the receptionist saying she did not have an apptmnt the next day. She was very upset. I called the office back and talked to the receptionist. At that point she told me she did not have an apptmnt for Jaz but had an opening but didn’t tell her because she was so rude. A vengeful way to hold out on a patient in confusion and duress?
BOTTOM LINE… DO YOU WANT TO GO SOMEWHERE THESE SCENARIOS ARE EVEN REMOTELY POSSIBLE? Then feel free at your own risk. That’s why there is Unilocal! So all sides are expressed.

I love Dr. Keller! She is truly a kind and caring person. She always takes the time to answer all of my questions, I never feel like the appointment is rushed. I’m so glad she is my doctor and friend. It is so hard to find a Dr. Who really cares for their patients, and Dr. Keller truly does. Thank you Dr. Keller for the exceptional care you provide to your patients!

Dr. Keller has been my doctor for years! She is the best doc I have had. i wish she could be my doctor for EVERYTHING! She is patient, smart, hilarious, and very personal. All around the best Doc I know. I refuse to go to anyone else. I do fly out every year just to see her… no matter where I am. Thank you Dr. Keller for all you do!

Do not waste your time and money here. My last appointment here basically consisted of the doctor telling me that she refuses to take any accountability of any mistakes that she could have made during a previous appointment. She then redirected me to a clinic that can do her job better than her.
On top of that too, the things that she has said to me during our conversations were simply uncalled for. Dr. Keller had often made unsolicited, rude remarks towards me and my personal life throughout our conversations when she had NO right to invade my personal life in that manner. She overall treated me like she was better than me and like her position as gynecologist automatically gave her absolute authority to dictate my personal life.
I am absolutely appalled to have received such terrible service like this, especially coming from someone of a highly professional field. She is the rudest, most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever had to make an appointment with. I have honestly received better hospitality from people who were being paid less than her. I will gladly take my time and money elsewhere to a better OBGYN with better work ethic. Thanks!

Dr Keller is a very honest down to earth physician. I appreciated her assistance and she did a thorough exam and gave me great advice. The staff is friendly and professional with a quiet comfy office.

Dr. Keller is an intelligent, thoughtful and easy to get along with practitioner. She delivered my son 7 years ago and literally saved his life! She deftly sensed and expertly diagnosed my difference from average pregnant women and instantly stopped everything to refer me to a perinatologist who diagnosed me officially with Factor V Leiden… a blood clotting disorder that kills and maims babies in the womb. Without Dr. Keller’s amazing intuition, my son would have died or been born deformed due to my blood clotting disorder. I would never hesitate to recommend her as a doctor. A gifted and smart doctor is a rare gem to find.
Thank you, Dr. Keller, for noticing I «wasn’t your average bear», and saving Eloy Jr.‘s life. I owe you more than words can express.

Dr. Keller is great! I’ve been going to her off and on now for 5 years. She talks to you like you’re her best friend and understand that may NOT be for everyone. If you are used to quiet stuffy doctors that are cold and talk to you strictly about why you are there, then Dr. Keller will be a shock to your system. She’s not going to sugar coat anything or try and get you to do more than you need to. She’s a straight shooter, sometimes brash and surprising, but she’ll always make you laugh.

The gal at the front desk is very nice. She informed me that she tried to get my files from my previous doctor at A woman’s place. She faxed twice and called. They still haven’t sent them over. I’m so glad to be done with that place! It’s so nice to deal with people that seem to actually care about you. The women working in the office are so important and I think a lot of times get over looked. This lady is a super stand out and deserves to be recognized.
Dr. Keller has a lot of personality and definitely tells it like it is. I appreciate her frank attitude and felt very confident in her ability. I’ll definitely be back to see her.

Extremely unpleasant woman. She was abrasive, rude, and treats you like an idiot. She didn’t read my chart before hand and couldn’t answer my questions. She doesn’t listen to you. I’ve been to more doctors than anyone should have to at my age. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had. Honestly, it was a total waste of time.
As an aside, they charge two dollars to pay with a debit card. I don’t care about it really but its the principle of the thing.
The nurse was incredibly sweet though.
