A few employees are delightful but the rest should go sell timeshares. I can not stand high pressure sales tactics when I’m trying to tan. It’s annoying, it’s even more annoying when I have to say no several times. I already pay a membership fee every month and if I want to buy something I will let you know. I’m certainly not excited to hear your sales pitch multiple times in a week.
I cancelled my membership before due to their employees and it’s about to happen again.

always happy here and always great service, Im not a coupon person or anything, so I am just happy to go because I really enjoy it. I just started tanning lightly again for the first time in about twenty years and everything is great for me. very relaxing in the winter!

Probably the worst run company I have ever dealt with. I tried giving them a second chance after signing up with them and having multiple issues but that was an awful idea.
I got an email saying they are doing a special for $ 19.95 for a monthly package of spray or sun beds. I opted for the spray. Apparently, their version of a monthly spray package means 1 time only. Mind you, this was the same package I had before I got mad & cancelled with them (unlimited spray tan for $ 19.95 per month).
Never again.

I was searching for a new tanning salon by my new place, and found this one. I was apprehensive to come in because of the other negative reviews, but thought to myself, «how bad could customer service at a tanning salon really matter?» Well, it does. I was told upon initial purchase that my package would not expire, but apparently it did after two months. The «store manager» was extremely rude when I informed her that the original sales girl misinformed me, she could care less. I asked her if she could understand my frustration, to which she said «I can give you the number of my district manager.» Wow– don’t go here. Disgusting.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but my recent experience here could only be described as simply POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Having been tanning at Palm Beach for years, never have I been shocked at how a situation was handled. I’m not going to say what happened & with whom, but all I’ll say is even though this location is closer to me, I’ll make the drive to the Rainbow location from now on.

Even cancelling my membership is proving to a nightmare. Why bother responding to all the terrible reviews on Unilocal when nothing is done to change. Save yourself the hassle people: go to another salon where you are actually respected and so is your money.

I come here often! And every time I come they hound you with buying stuff! It’s so annoying – just let me tan! If I wanted to by stuff u would you don’t have to push it on me!!! So annoying! But or than that they are nice:) clean place :)!

This is my first experience at any tanning salon, so I don’t have anything to compare it to. With that said, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the beds are always clean. They provide a towel and sanitized UV-​blocking goggles for each tanning session. Also, they always make sure I get the bed that has most recently had its bulbs changed, which I really appreciate. Their sales pitch is a bit strong when you first start — but that is to be expected. Do your homework ahead of time and bring your own lotion if you don’t want to pay $ 60+ for tanning lotion.

Worst costumer service. Not going to go into detail.

If leaving zero stars was an option that is what I would give this place. Again horrible customer service so many other options in vegas with same or slightly cheaper pricing don’t waste ur time coming to this salon and specifically this location.

I’ve been tanning at this salon since I moved to Vegas in 2011. I used to love it there, it was efficient and the customer service was on point. However, in the past six months it’s been an extreme shift in a negative direction. I have the diamond package with auto withdrawal from my account and in the process of new employees, when I came in after getting a new card I notified Noelle I needed to change it. She said it was too late in the month and that I’d pay it in store, she said there would be a late fee but she would waive it since I told her… So fast forward two weeks when it comes up due and I’m being assisted by Chase. Chase said Noelle hadn’t discounted anything or made a note and since I had changed my card late last year when I lost it shopping, I wasn’t eligible to have my late fee waived. After going back and forth, she said she’d talk to Noelle but prefaced it with «well I’m the assistant and she’s the manager but there’s nothing we can do if you’ve already changed your card» … It’s not the point of the late fee, it’s that I notified you, tried to correct it was told something would be done and there was ZERO follow through. I don’t pay $ 100 monthly to pay additional fees because your company has cut off days. And I get the contract I signed and that’s ok… Had I been told that square one and treated like a valued customer I would have paid it. The customer service side is a total fail and the management team needs a guide in how to continue to retain customers. So disappointing

I came in for my first spray tan on Friday. A young lady behind the counter by the name Chase helped me. She showed me to the different spray tans and told me the pro was best for me, I was nervous but she assured me I would be fine. She showed me a cream I needed to use before I went into the spray and also told me the bottle was 25% off!!! Killer deal. She talked to me about memberships but I only wanted one time. Chase was knowledgeable about all the booths and products. Once we picked the spray tan setting she walked me to the back and explained step by step even showing the eye wear. I would have never of guys eye wear in a spray tan? As I was walking out she thanked me wished me happy 4^th of July and asked how the spray was. I will return because of Chase, great customer service.

Awful customer service. I bought 2 spray tans April 30, 2015, used one that visit, and after 12 hours of no color, I called to speak with the manager. I was told they realized the machine was broken after I left and they would reimburse a spray tan in my account with an upgrade for my inconvenience. When I came in two weeks later for that spray tan, I was completely ignored for at least 5 mins by the girl behind counter while she chatted on phone with a friend. Not until two more customers walked in did she get off the phone.
I began to tell her about my account and the offer I was made for my inconvenience, she basically said I was lying and that I would need to pay $ 8.50 for that upgrade. (Any standard level of service would offer something for a customer’s trouble… especially since I left town with the bunk spray and had to pay hotel for a custom spray… so it’s pretty poor customer relations to think otherwise.)
I went in today for my second initial tan that I bought and the «manager» told me I had no tans, it expired yesterday. She explained to me that my tan didn’t work because I didn’t use a primer (an up-​charge) although I’ve been spray tanning for years. Among other things, this store has terrible service and they need a management overhaul.

I have been going to palm beach tan for years. I took a break and then signed up for a new membership two months ago along with a 3 spray tan package that was offered to me by the front desk employee. I have already upgraded my membership to a more expensive one. I came in to use my last spray tan package, but Noelle at the front told me «it expired» (read other reviews, apparently this happens a lot). Well, I was never told they had an expiration date. When I explained that to noelle, her response was, «we always tell everybody. We don’t ever forget. Anything bought outside the membership has an expiation date» in such a tone that apparently I’m a complete idiot. I’ve been in the customer service industry for over 20 years, never have I been treated like I was an idiot for not knowing their internal, unposted, uninformed policy or been called a liar until now. When I said I wanted to speak to a manger I was told there was none available until Friday (it’s tues). So I insisted on the corporate number. Based on how I was so rudely treated and a very suspect policy on «expirations» I would recommend trying one of the many other places on eastern. That’s exactly what I did. Canceling membership. Never been treated more disrespectfully in my life. I’m the director of marketing for my company and we operate in 5 countries in 23 markets. I normally side with retailers because I know how hard it can be. In this case, I’m truly offended and disgusted that this is how this was handled. Beside myself.

It is like a car lot every time I go into this place with the Up-​Selling. Give it a damn rest already. I dont want to buy anything, I dont want to pay to upgrade, EVERY DAMN DAY!

I’ve tanned at this location for over 5 years. In the last year it got awful. The stand up beds got recalled which I understand is not their fault. But the music never working is. I upgraded from level 2 to level 4 just so I could use the bed with built in music controls. Wouldn’t you know that after using it once, it broke. So there was a month upgrade waisted. Then to address the music issue they were nice enough to upgrade me to level 3 (there’s one bed with built in music which is great) until the music issue was fixed. Once the music was fixed I was back to my stand up level 2 and music but I don’t call muffled bass with no volume music. The place is a disaster it’s always something. So after 5 years I just canceled my membership and no one even cared to ask why.

The manager who worked on Thursday night was very unprofessional and ruined my experience. That location is a joke!!! Someone please shut that sorry excuse for a tanning salon down. Body heat? At least respect the customer we pay your paycheck Or maybe you are too much of an idiot to realize that

What a complete scam! I have never been in such an establishment that treats people and THEIR MONEY with such disregard.
I have been going there for years and today was the last straw! Keep your tans and shove it where the sun does not shine!
The front desk people never have an accurate account of my tans and they always seem to be expired! The last time I bought spray tans the first one was awesome… then I go back and a say I want the same exact color as last time. The girl assured me it was the same thing… even though she «uh. ummm» her way through the check in. No way! I looked like I was orange and then as it faded I looked like I had some skin disease because it was so much darker than my color. I should have guessed it from her tan mom look. What BS! NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

Been a member here a long time. The freeze option is nice. A bit expensive but the staff is really nice. Good location, too.
