Took my recently purchases used Benz in for a wheel Alignment, at the Tropicana location, and was told that I needed a complete new front end, for $ 1500.00 so I went to Top Car on Nellis, and after looking under car, a real mechanic, told me the Ty rods needed replacing. I had them replaced, and with a new alignment, my total cost, was under $ 200.00. The car is now running Great! Avoid the Gouge, and stay away from these alleged mechanics, at Purrfect

I’ve done my oil changes here for a couple of years now. Last time I did my oil change they were trying to sell me stuff, air filters etc and this was after already being in there almost an hour and I had to go pick my daughter up. I can change air filters so I declined. Got my car back, and my passenger side mirror was missing. Took photos, emailed the manager. Was told to come in and we could discuss it. We go by there, told it wasnt them and I can just go buy a new one for (60 – 80 dollars) and bring it there and they can put it on for me. Great. Thanks.

These guys are awesome. My car didn’t pass a smog test because of a loose seal on my gas cap. LAME. They were totally honest and didn’t try and push a bunch of crap on me. Ridiculously comfortable chairs in the waiting room and lovin the good vibes from Buddha :-) Not to mention the super friendly staff, I will come back here for sure.

Got a smog check for our van but had to get out really fast. Got us in and out in about five minutes and only ten bucks. Everybody was polite, great experience. Thanks!

Only place in town to go for auto repairs! These guys are honest and friendly. Their service is extremely quick and I never have any issues whenever I go there. Todd the manager is amazing. He’s extremely informative with everything, and he always seems to go above and beyond. I’ve had a lot of negative experiences when dealing with auto mechanics, but NEVER at Purrfect Auto. Definitely 5 stars!

I usually come here for their great price on oil changes but I will never come here again! I asked if it would be quick because I have to be somewhere after and they said yes you will be right up. I was thinking 30 minutes would be quick. Over an hour later they had already finished two other customers smog checks that came in after me. I know those are simple procedures but an oil change should not take over an hour when I was told it shouldn’t take long. Then as the technician took me outside to tell me more problems with my car, he was extremely rude as if my attitude was unnecessary and I haven’t been waiting for over an hour already. I don’t need any advice from this mediocre mechanic shop. The level of intelligence in this shop continues to go down every time I come in for an oil change. I would not recommend this auto shop under any circumstances.

I brought my truck in a few months ago. They quoted me four hundred bucks less than the guys up the street. They fixed my truck and even did some work that I needed and didn’t charge me. I always bring my truck in there to get fixed they are accountable, reliable, they get the job done and they always try to work with me and give me the best deal. Damian is a really nice guy and he makes you feel very welcomed. And as a woman it’s sometimes hard to bring your vehicle into those kinds of places and not feel like they’re trying to get over on you, I never feel like that when I go in there. 2 thumbs up!

I will NEVER EVER !!! take my vehicle to another Purrfect Auto !!! Their HORRIBLE !!! They blew my engine last year around this time. There was not an oil filter n my car. I was going to them for like 3 yrs. Receiving my oil changes, that’s what i get for being cheap 9.99 oil change is where this will get u, I took them to court, was not a good outcome, i had to go purchase a new vehicle. What Loosers !!! don’t ever take your car to ANY Purrfect Auto !!! They are anything but PERFECT !!!

I usually come here for a synthetic blend for oil change, and they never really disappoint. They are very fast and very helpful. ALWAYS friendly, and very helpful. The price for an oil change isn’t TOO bad and plus they are cutting me a deal for my yearly tune up. Good people good service.

I love this place. I’ve never felt like I am getting sold stuff I don’t need and Todd has always taken the time to explain everything to me. He has patience and not to mention eye candy hahah;) Everyone here is friendly and they know what they’re doing. If you have to wait a little to get out it’s because they take the time to make sure everything is right. The waiting area is nice too and wifi. Their prices are hard to beat as well! Took my car in for an oil change. After refusing to purchase new air filters and declining the swap of my transmission oil (manufacturer warns from replacing it) they decided not to rotate tires and had me wait quite some time to get my car after the oil change was done…
Sad reminder why I should just be doing the oil change myself or go to a reputable place…

oil change and was extremely polite and personable. He was honest about what I needed and offered me discounts so I didn’t pay full price, and that is always a PLUS for me!!! Josh was PURRFECT AT THE FRONT COUNTER!!! He was pleasant, polite and even recommended that I download the app for coupons!!! Oh and not to mention I just read that they do financing on auto repairs, good to no credit to be approved! And no interest!!! THATS UNHEARD OF!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Brought my G35 into Purrfect just about a month ago. Josh and Todd made me feel at home. So nice and great customer service. Todd gave me a great deal on my service! I would’ve spent 3x more at the dealership. Plus Josh helped out a lot by putting cartoons on the TV since I had my kids!
About 2 weeks later I got a great deal on a used Escalade. Without hesitation I went straight to Todd at Purrfect to get my air conditioner fixed, fluids flushed, filters changed and a smog to get the car registered. It ended up being a bigger job than i was hoping. But Todd went out of his way to give me another great deal! Referred a buddy over the next day for an oil change.
Since bringing my new car the first time, I’ve been back to Purrfect quite a few times. One instance they refilled my coolant reservoir and reinforced a broken tab on my front grill. Another, they fixed my power steering pulley and replaced my warranty replaced my serpentine belt that snapped. They definitely back up their work.
Then last week my car died out on me due to my crankshaft positioning sensor (was able to find the codes with my OBD tool). I had it towed right to Purrfect Saturday right before they closed. They are closed on Sunday but Todd called me first thing Monday morning. Turns out that it went bad and the wiring harness was eroded due to oil. Got another great deal to get those replaced. While driving away I noticed my windows weren’t rolling up. Todd had me bring it right back. It was about 5:50 and I know they closed at 6:00, I told them I could come back the next day but Todd insisted on trying to get it fixed right there.
These guys have been amazing. I feel like «one of the guys» over there. Although we have seen each other way too much in about a month, I always have a great experience! I’m sure they’re tired of me, but I will be back because I trust them with my cars!

I have been bringing my auto here since I moved to Nv. Today I had to come in & was in tears! Todd knows my car & got me calmed down & is taking care of my car. It’s not as bad as I thought. Bring your vehicles here & see Todd. He will do you & your vehicle right!

My first review was posted in April. Since they had «fixed» my car, the car has overheated 4 more times. Always given another reason. They have been extremely rude in handling my car. My car was kept last time for 18 days when I was told it was an easy fix and would be ready the next day. Each time my car came back filthy on the outside as though they went off roading with it. Last time there was something that looked like mud or coffee splattered all over my front seats. $ 4000 later, now it won’t run at all. The manager Todd is so unprofessional. Refuses to give a last name. Take head… if you want to get screwed over, they will use you and ruin your vehicle.

I love Purrfect auto on Valle Verde. They are the only Mechanics I trust when I’m in the Las Vegas/​Henderson area. I’ve shopped around and always find the best deal here. Plus the lobby is very comfortable and the staff is top tier when it comes to customer satisfaction. I give them a 9.1 out of 10!

It’s the second time I did business with these kind folks and it was always a pleasure doing business with them…
I have a bit of auto-​tech background in me. I went to school for it and I do all of my vehicle maintenance, but getting a smog check on both of my vehicles. It is a must and I don’t have the equipment to perform these tasks, so I have to go to these guys to get them done. They perform smog checks for $ 10 out the door! That’s 50% cheaper than any other smog check places, plus I get a FREE vehicle inspection!!!
Although it was a challenge looking for their shop the first time around because it was placed in the back of the lot and the puny sign, I managed to find it. As soon as I step in their clean lobby, I was greeted with their friendly staff right away with a smile. Their office is a little bit dated, but they do have a leather reclining chairs, not brand new, but comfortable and there’s a big screen TV. It may not be the «STEALERSHIP» I mean «DEALERSHIP» ambiance, but it does have that «LOCAL SHOP» atmosphere that I like. There’s also stores and a place to eat near the area to get something to eat or walk around while your car is getting work done…
They are located about 15 mins away from my house, and even if there’s a smog check place 5 mins away from my house, I rather drive the extra mile (NPI) to get these folks to work on my car. Wait is not too bad since the last time I went, it took them 45 mins and the second time took 1 hr 27 mins from the time the service manager grabbed my keys to the time they handed it back to me…
Bottom line is, they are really friendly, their price is great! I mean have you been to a dealership for a quote? lol not just for smog check but for repairs… the place is convenient for me and the wait time is waaaaay below average compare to other shops. I never felt that they forced me to do repairs on my car, but they always suggested maintenance that needed to be done in the near future… I will continue to do business with them for as long as I live here in Las Vegas…
