Real Estate School of Nevada

Great online course. Easy, work at your own pace format. Whenever I had a question or any feedback about the course someone was always very helpful. I like that if I contacted someone either by phone or email I received a very quick response (usually within 20 minutes or so). When I need any further training I will definitely contact them first.

Registration was easy and painless. I bought the initial program on Groupon (good discount), than took my receipt to the school the following day.
The location is very easy to find, just off Sunset Road and Green Valley Pkwy. The parking is in the back of the building as there really is no access to the 2^nd floor unless through the back. No elevator, so using the stairs is now a piece of cake!
Bernie the Career Development Manager was very nice and explained everything in detail.
They make life easy for you here, all you have to do is complete the course and take their test, and you are all set! From there its a little more work to be done, like finger-​printing, taking the actual licensee test and becoming a Realtor.
I have been a Realtor in Las Vegas and California in the past, so I’m hopeful the second time around will be just as fun!

They had an offer on their website. When I wanted to register for my class, they didn’t honor the offer and claimed that it is only for a single category of class.
After telling them, they add a disclaimer to their website that the offer only applies to a single category (which shows even more that I’m not just crazy and they found validity in my claim)
They not only didn’t honor their offer, the person I talked to (I talked very nicely and kindly) Joe just hung up the phone and didn’t even bother to accept their mistake.
In the business of service Joe shouldn’t be allowed. Do not trust this place as their masters don’t know simplest concept of customer service. How are they going to teach you business that is service oriented.

Went to this school for some post licensing classes and found that they are more expensive then most other classes. They also don’t give you the material for the class they email it to you for you to print (300 pages) or you can buy the material. Also they do not give you the certificate they email it you (for you to print) within a couple days every other class I’ve done has had the cert ready by the end of the class and provides all material at no additional cost.

I purchased this class off of Groupon, the price was exceptional so I could not pass it up! The school has high traffic but through it all, they acknowledge that taking care of their students is top priority which I’m really happy about and I feel confident that I’m going to pass the agent and broker exam!

Just passed my NV Salesperson exams at PSI today. Many thanks to the Real Estate School of Nevada for facilitating this. Their curriculum was good, the teachers were good to great and overall they provided the flexibility that I was looking for.

Terrible communicator! Unorganized… strange to read they have been around for a long time. Their online test questions loaded with spelling errors. I signed up online to complete my CE requirements for renewal. The next day I received links to complete the courses.
All the online CE I had done in past 12 yrs were well structured, and certs are emailed immediately. With this school, I communicated back and forth a total of six emails after… and I still hadn’t gotten my cert by the end of the day. Their # (702−454−1936) always go straight to voicemail so I was stuck communicating via email only.
Save your nerves… go to Key Realty school whom I did most of my CE classes. They are a real school with more than one employee who answers calls and a school director who would walk you through your CE requirement.
Having spent $ 130 at this school for my CEs which I only did one class (still waiting for my certificate), I ended up having to sign up with Key Realty and paid another fee for the same CEs I signed up with the school who cant seem to get this simple thing right!

Currently attending to get my Real Estate license. More to follow ;)
