Excellent service! My car was making a high pitched squeeling noise so I brought it in an hour before closing to have it checked out. They told me that the mechanics had gone home and I would have to leave it overnight. They ensured me a diagnosis early the next morning. I was expecting to hear back around 10am, but to my pleasant surprise, I got a call around 7:15am (right as soon as they open) saying that the issue was my break pads.
The servicing took until noon time. And when I asked about the pricing, Joe had already included a 15% discount that was up on the website!
ALSO, they offer a drop off and pick up service which REALLY came in handy! In a couple of months, I’ll be back for a routine oil change. I definitely recommend Rebel!

Rebel Automotive reached out to me. They want to give me 3 free oil changes for the 150.00 dollars I had to spend fixing the brake job they recently did. Rebel Automotive charged me 48.00 dollars to take a look at the brake job they Just did.
Believe it or not the mechanic thought I should change my SPARK PLUGS LOL!!!

Got a synthetic blend oil change for a Hemi Charger and it cost $ 28 with a $ 10 first time customer coupon. Made a same day appointment with Joe and they were done in just under an hour. Hung out in their arcade with my teenage daughter playing pool and some old school video games. Absolutely the only time I ever had fun waiting for my oil to be changed.

Found them o Unilocal because of their rating. Every negative comment was addressed by their management. It was a little further than I would like to drive for a mechanic but it has been worth it so far.
I needed a synthetic oil change for my Suburban. I made my appointment online and they promptly called me back to adjust it by one hour. I showed up on time and they were ready for me at the desk. They informed me that they use Mobile 1 as their synthetic and that there would be a little extra charge because my truck takes 6 quarts instead of the usual 5. I knew this going in as I have changed my oil before but it was professional of them to disclose this upfront. I also used a Groupon and they applied the value to they synthetic oil upgrade and the extra quart.
After all of the service and the billing was explained I handed over my keys and they escorted us up to their free arcade. It was cute; old nostalgic arcade games, pool, skeet-​ball, basketball. There was even an office/​lounge area for watching TV or working on your laptop/​tablet.
In about 45 minutes I received a call from downstairs that my truck was all set. We went down, paid the bill (with no surprises), and went over some minor recommendations that the mechanic noticed. We were on our way and the truck felt great. Thanks guys!

Great service and prompt too! They offer a wide array of services and the best part of all they have an awesome waiting room full of arcade games pool table jukebox and other cool things!

I came here for the first time this week because of all great reviews I read. I wasn’t dissapointed. Great people, great service and great waiting area, especially if you have kids with you. Will definitely be back and will recommend.

Patrick and the guys were amazing! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I’m fairly clueless about cars so they could have overcharged me and I wouldn’t have known the difference. Instead they said no charge for replacing the brake light bulb and to just come back next time. My car has over 100k miles on it so I will definitely be back! :-) Apparently there’s an arcade but I was in and out so fast I didn’t get to play any games!

I just moved to the area and needed an oil change. I was able to get a same day appointment, at a reasonable price. They checked a couple of other things at my request, and were able to remove a license plate screw that broke off when I tried to change my plates. I’m sure we’ll be back.

I have come to Rebel Automotive for my last three oil changes, so I don’t have a ton of experience with the shop and anything more than regular quarterly maintenance. The price has always been good for the oil change with a synthetic blend, and Lee, who has been at the counter each of my three times in, has been very helpful and easy to deal with. Always recommending things that are upcoming and things to watch for, but never shoving them at me angrily like some shops do, licking their chops.
Will continue to come here for oil changes and possibly take some of my more advanced maintenance here… and I’ll continue to play their arcade games!

The guys at Rebel Automotive have made everything right again, and I truly think they are a great group of people trying to offer great service at a competitive price. They won’t try to up-​sell or make you feel pressured into buying services your car doesn’t need, while offering you a great price for things you actually need.
I have already recommended a number of my classmates to the business since it is very close to our school. And I myself will continue to support this business.

Great folks who are honest and work hard. Worked with my schedule and got the job done in a timely fashion. They actually have an arcade upstairs so you can play games for free while you wait.

Rebel Auto is a great place too take your car other then the dealer place is clean & friendly staff. my car was not acting rite those guys did a great job fixing my leaking exhaust I will go back for future tune ups on my ride oh the best part is the arcade room if you just gonna get an oil change this is great way too past the time

So turns out when I went to Rebel Automotive here in Henderson Nevada I told the guy that my mechanic did my front and back brakes for 330. Turns out my mechanic resurfaced my rotors instead of replacing… Ok. But he says ok ill do them for 350 – 450. I say ok!!! Turns out it’s a trick. He’s only talking about doing the front for 350 to 450. Two days later the backs begin to scrape and oil begins to drop out of the pan in the back of the car. I go back and explain my annoyance and he says oh we’re sorry. When you left we only told you you needed tires and a tuneup. We didn’t tell you about the brakes in the back… True… I told them that and asked them why they were trying to trick people. He explains they NEVER trick anyone; however he can give me a «family» deal. He will do the backs for 270. So we are talking about $ 650 for front and back brakes… Brought it back today and they say I have a missing brake pad on the back one day after they fixed the front. I might file small claims. When I asked them why it was missing right after them they briskly kicked me out of the shop and told me an auto mechanic had no use for brake pads. When I left he explained I needed tune up and tired but failed to mention I was minus a brake pad…
Six months later the brakes they put on my car are squeaking. I paid an arm and a leg and a kidney for the brakes to begin with… my new mechanic tells me that there’s a plate that should’ve been put in. This is on top of my back brake «falling off» which I was told just does not happen. These people are disgusting thieves. I will have my new mechanic fix the problem. I wouldn’t bring my car back here if they paid me. Run fast and as far as you can away from this place. You can find an honest and fair mechanic instead of this giant company taking advantage of people. I wonder if they like to get women. They’re sick. Sooner or later we all sit down to a banquet of consequences. F an arcade. I want my car fixed right and honestly.

Awesome service! Super fast oil change and inspection. Free arcade games are a bonus! And when they say arcade, they mean it… Tons and tons of free games from skee ball to basketball to car racing to Ms. Pacman… Pretty awesome waiting room.

I’ve been to Rebel Automotive a couple times this year to fix a couple cars. These guys are top notch!
Their pricing is great and their customer service is out of this world. They really know how to keep customers coming back. It’s become my «go-​to» shop.

Even though I live on the other side of town, we will be back for more. I had just finished driving across our great U.S., so I was looking for both A+ care for my little Mazda2, but also affordable service. A simple oil change to lube that hard-​working engine, and a multi-​point inspection to ensure all else is well. We all know how difficult such a simple routine procedure can be to find: prices all over the spectrum, amateurs behind the wrench, crummy waiting area, expensive and unnecessary add-​ons and up-​selling, etc.
Who wants to maintain their vehicle when you have to navigate that b.s. every time you try to find a new mechanic? Even your friends in town have a dozen different conflicting recommendations on who to go see.
Enter Rebel Automotive – true to its name in a sea of swindlers – a place that I had found via Groupon and then checked out their reviews. Price was right, service and professionalism looked promising.
RA prepped me over the phone: they gave me the listed oil type for my vehicle (something I couldn’t get from other shops. people either had no idea what a basic Mazda2 requires, or they were trying to lure me in with the cheapest and weakest product, or they were trying to sell me gold) and the exact cost quote for what I wanted done. No annoying or shocking surprises, before or after. How comforting to finally pay what someone quotes you for vehicle service.
Creature comforts. Upon arrival, I was welcomed the moment I walked in the door by the professional Lee Sproul, and while I waited I was invited to relax upstairs in their furnished arcade&tv room with free wifi. Where am I? This is like finding an above-​par dentist: all of a sudden I’m looking forward to the picking and drilling. Now I look forward to hitting that next service mileage! My only gripe would be the invisibility of their service. You don’t get to see the garage where work is done. There’s something illogical but reassuring about seeing the folks working on your vehicle. Though we can’t watch the doctors operating, when your vehicle rolls out the other end in good shape, I can grow accustomed to their concealed practice.
Human needs are so simple, yet businesses miss the mark all the time. Not here. Rebel is professional, courteous, hospitable, honest. I left happy, as did my car, which drove with a noticeable difference in smoothness. Win win win.

Seriously… These guys saved my ass.
To give a little context, I was on my way to LV on the day that the Cajon Pass fire broke out, on the 15. And mid-​way through, my AC had just finally crapped out.
I spent the next morning (Saturday) looking for a car mechanic to get my AC repaired. I gave these guys a call, as soon as they opened. The person that picked up my call ask me to hold, and made sure to check back on me.
Once the person finally got around to me (less than 5 minutes of holding), he made arrangements to come down and have my car checked out. From the Strip to this place is about 20 minutes to Henderson.
Once I got there, with a friend. I met Joe, who was at the front desk. This guy is very polite, but a beast at multi-​tasking. Between the consistent ringing, multiple conversations on the two phones, and dealing with my car issue. He never seemed to have missed a beat and was the only person at the front desk, on this early Saturday morning.
So Joe had my car taken in for diagnostics, and found that my AC system was pretty much in the crapper at this point. Based on the obvious fact that my AC wasn’t blowing cool air, but still had a functional fan. The old car needed an overhaul.
Unfortunately, my AC repair was going to cost me a pretty penny. I had also looked up the parts that were going to need replacements, and the quote I was given was fair. Mind you, this is a all taking place on the weekend, and most of the other places would not open until Monday. I didn’t have that kind of time to deal with quote shopping around the area.
Joe arranged for us to be shuttled back to the Strip, and within about 4 – 5 hours. I finally got the call that the job was done. I was ecstatic and surprisingly not drunk yet. I cabbed over to Rebel Auto, which is about 50 bucks (from the Strip to Rebel). Joe was super cool about staying after closing, which I really, really appreciated. I ended arriving 45 minutes after closing. And Joe was still behind the front desk. Seriously, these guys saved my ass in a desperate situation.
I finally had my car back and a working A/​C! And the rest of the weekend was history :)

Our car overheated on the way to Vegas, but thank goodness we were able to make it. Looking for a reliable mechanic on Unilocal,we found Rebel, and I spoke with Lee. They’re busy, and wouldn’t make promises they couldn’t keep (I asked if they could finish by the next day). But they found the problem (broken thermostat) and were indeed able to fix it by the time I needed the car. And the price was fair. And Lee dropped me off at the strip, which isn’t close, when I dropped off the car… Sure, I could have found a mechanic closer to the Strip, but the most important thing for me was that the car didn’t die on me on the drive back to Los Angeles, so taking it to Rebel was worth it.
And the car worked like a charm on the way back.
The few minutes waiting in their free arcade was enjoyable, and speaks about their customer service mindset. And as Lee was leaving the parking lot, he called the office to let them know that he saw a particular customer pulling in, and to let the office know exactly where to find the key and have it ready. It’s that kind of concern for the customer that can’t be taught, which many mechanics don’t seem to have, and obviously is the reason behind the high Unilocal reviews for Rebel. I mentioned this to him, and he said that he and Joe really try to think about the customers and they’re pleased that customers seem to be responding on Unilocal.
I’d definitely recommend Rebel, and wouldn’t hesitate to take my car back whenever I’m in the area…

Excellent service and friendly staff. Had a free oil change done several months ago and they were prompt. Maybe too quick, was really enjoying the arcade. Only problem, they tighten the oil plug too much. I did the oil change myself this time and oil plug and filter were so tight I broke my cheap wrench. I’d suggest talking to the technician and letting them know not to over tighten the parts.

The dirty birdie’s maintenance light came on, so it was about that time to get that oil changed. Now that I was out of my manufacturer’s warranty, I didn’t have to take it back to the dealer to get it serviced. After a quick flip through my buddy, Groupon, I saw a deal for this shop. Then checking through the Unilocal ratings… I was amazed at the high ratings. I set the appointment for an hour later, and was ready to roll!
This place is located near the Auto-​mall in henderson. It took a bit to find it but once I did, the serviceman actually came out after I was done parking to introduce himself and to take the mileage. Talk about quick and professional service! Then, we went inside the immaculate office to finish signing the paperwork. I was about to sit down in the little waiting room on the side when the gentleman asked me if I would like to go to the arcade. I was like «arcade.?», and he was like «yea, let me show you». He led me into the next building, up the stairs, and through the doors…
Ok, this is seriously, and I am 100% positively, sure of this. The BEST waiting room in Vegas!!! There were probably 15 arcade machines on free play from old school games like arcade Tetris, to sit down race car games. There was also pool tables, air hockey games and so much more! In a small adjoining room, there was a console setup with couches to relax or play games. A-​May-​zing!!!
I was there for a short time because these guys do a FAST oil change! Even if I didn’t use the groupon, I would have gotten synthetic oil, 21 point inspection, and a top off of all my fluids (very impotante) for about 31 dollars total!
If you live close to this shop I would highly recommend it. Or if you just want honest, high quality service for your oil change needs, I would recommend Rebel Automotive in a heartbeat!
