Red Rock Fertility Center strives to provide a different service than what has existed for patients previously in Las Vegas and the surrounding areas. The process of reproduction is meant to be a private, intimate experience and the goal of this center is to retain that environment. We are a modern, boutique-​style center. This means that you will be a patient, not a number. You will see Dr. Littman or Dr. Severino for all of your appointments, and they are readily accessible to guide you through the process of expanding your family.

Business Owner

Dr. Eva Littman is one of Nevada’s most trusted, knowledgeable, and honored fertility experts. As the Founder and Practice Director of Red Rock Fertility Center, she has successfully guided the Center to produce the highest pregnancy success rates in Las Vegas. She also offers an outstanding level of empathy and a broader amount of compassion for her patients given that she has personally undergone some of the procedures involved with fertility treatment. Dr. Littman has three children of her own and she understands the desires of her patients to conceive. Dr. Littman frequently assists patients with less than a five percent chance of pregnancy to welcome new lives into their families.

She completed her medical training at Stanford University and Duke University. In 2008 she opened Red Rock Fertility Center, in one of the worst economic periods ever. Due to her drive and perseverance the practice has grown each year and since brought over 1,000 babies into the world.
