I really love coming here. Their general relaxation areas are the best in town for the price you pay. I had my first message there this past week and it was incredible. Mario my massage therapist was really great he’s professional and was easy to talk to and get comfortable with before my session.

They take care of the locals! You get 25% off of all your services with a local ID, and all day access to the pool/​spa when you book a service.
I have had my hair done, just a simple trim, and was pleased. I have a little one and had to schedule for the last apt of the day, and I was in/​out in no time, but never felt rushed.
I will definitely be back, and hope to bring some other local mamma friends with me.

Stunning spa! Tall ceilings and spacious and very comfortable relaxation areas. I came here for a spa convention and recieved services in two treatment rooms and was very impressed with the layout and décor. The only staff I encountered were spa attendants, and they were very professional.

Go see Shellen! I’ve traveled to many places in the world and always try to get a massage but I can honestly say she is the best I’ve ever had! A little painful at times but it’s the «good pain» ! Stretching and trigger points!

I have been going here for years because it’s off the strip and they treat locals really great! I wish it was a tad bigger but I guess that adds to the «cozy» charm. I have had many massages, facials and wraps here and have never been let down. Check it out if you haven’t, especially if your a local. They offer killer discounts.

I had a pleasant experience at this spa. the staff are very friendly and the place is clean, modern and peaceful. The massage was decent, I certainly had better, but I found her to be ok. The massage room area is very beautiful, dark woods, mood lighting and zen-​like.
My only observations were, the water in the showers did not get hot, only warm. Also, there is no clock in the steam/​pool area. It’s impossible to know how much time you have left before your appointment. I had to get up and look for a clock, interrupting my relaxing time.

Enjoyed a morning in this spa while at M Resort. The changing area is pleasant with lotion and disposable items available for after your session. They provide an option of cucumber water or a berry spritzer. I took advantage of the all women’s jacuzzi, steam room (with eucalyptus) and the sauna all before my session. It was great to have them all in the same area to pop from one to the other. Plenty of towels and hydration available to make the stay super relaxing. I was called in for my massage session and continued the relaxing experience. Would go back again and spend even more time prior to my massage.

I’m a fan of this spa and salon. They offer a locals discount 7 days a week, which is nice. And services at the salon grant you all-​day access to the spa facilities. Prices are comparable to other hotel/​casino spas. I’ve been pleased with my pedicures here. Relaxing and professional. I’ve gotten a couple of massages here and have also been pleased. The one service that was dismal here was a blowout. Terrible job on that one. The staff are friendly and pleasant. I like that it’s not really ever crowded. The spa facilities are quite nice — very relaxing and enjoyable. And it’s all super convenient to where I live. So if you’re looking for a Strip hotel/​casino spa experience without actually going to the crowded Strip, this spot is a good option.

My entire family and I have been coming to Spa Mio for services for years. We have had all the services done from massages to nails to hair services. Tristan is an amazing hair stylist. I have lived in Las Vegas for years and have had my hair done at many different spas and salons and Tristan is the best, by far. She has 25 plus years experience and instinctively knows the right color and cut for a person’s face. My daughter had her hard to manage hair cut and styled by Tristan also and loved it. The manicurists are also amazing. The facials and massages I’ve had there were also very good.
The spa itself is beautiful and very tranquil. Amazing sauna, hot tub, and spa amenities. You also may use the pool for free with any service. The pool area is inviting and clean. This place never fails to relax me and is reasonably priced, particularly for locals.

Came as soon as they opened just to use the facility and relax in peace. Couldn’t have done better thing for my mind body and soul. Can not comment on services, but front desk was very nice and Rita inside was very friendly and welcoming. It is very clean and neat. Absolutely love the steam room. Overall very serene.
Returned before the spa closed to finish my day as lovely as it started. The late shift is also very very nice. I will def return.

Locals get 25% off. The ambience is really nice and clean. When we first entered the spa, we had a warm greeting by a nice Asian woman.
We had the couples massage. It included a hot oil scalp massage and a hot stone massage.
Our masseuses were both great and helpful.
Once you are done with your service, you have access to the spa til it closes. There is a gym, jacuzzi, steam room, and fresh drinks. You also can relax by the pool.
The 20% gratuity is already included in your bill plus a $ 5 service fee.

First I would like to say up until 2 months ago I loved this spa. I have never had a bad treatment in fact they have always been great. The therapists were above average and the facility is amazing. That said, I will probably never return due to the front desk service and the manager. While they take your credit card to book services almost anywhere, at this facility they want you to pay and Tip before you have your service! I find that ridiculous, that is like pre-​paying for dinner at Sweet Tomatoes! How do you know what to tip? This is poor practice and I spoke with the Spa Manager who said that is their policy. I will be going to other local upscale spas in the future.

Overall Impression: Not a very large facility, but it was very clean and well attended. They have 2 identical warm tubs, which is a shame. If the management is reading this, please consider converting one into a cold plunge. If you’re staying at the M, it’s worth a visit at only $ 15. And your only option really, as the strip hotel spas are 20 mins away. This would be a 3.5 stars if I could, but I rounded up to 4.

I had a lovely time at Spa Mio. Very comparable to any spa on the strip.
I enjoyed the waiting area where they offer beverages such as cranberry spritzer and cucumber water.
I got a Brilliance Facial which was very nice. Nothing out of the ordinary but my face was treated to a cleanse, extractions, mask, and moisturized. I also got a mini neck and arm massage.
After my facial I also went to their wet area which consisted of a jacuzzi, dry heat room, and eucalyptus steam room (they had cucumber slices– a plus!)
Two things I didn’t really like — 1) It was a bit tricky finding the place. There’s no signs of direction to the spa. 2) I hate when they do automatic gratuity. Yea I understand it’s for «convenience» but I find it unnecessary and poor practice when places do this. I can do simple math for the tip thank you very much.
Overall the 2 negatives won’t deter me from coming back. If you’re a local they also offer 25% locals discount! :)

Great service, quiet facilities that are not too crowded like ones on the strip, and very relaxing overall experience. I’ve had Swedish and deep tissue massage here, both were great quality. The ladies area attendant is so sweet and accommodating as well. Don’t forget to mention 25% locals discount!

I decided Monday was going to be used for some quality me time so I picked up the phone bright and early after seeing they are having a March special that includes a 50 minute massage and a 50 minute facial for $ 175! They were able to get me in within 2 hours after I called so I packed a bag and went to take advantage of the gym first. I was welcomed with warm smiles and friendly faces, given a tour and offered a refreshing cranberry spritzer or cucumber water. Both delicious, as I had several during my visit. They also offer complimentary coffee and tea. The gym was great and the view of the pool helped my run last longer.
Spa Mio has a eucalyptus steam room (with cucumbers for your eyes), spas, a sauna, relaxation room and plush warm robes. My massage was incredibly relaxing and my facial made such a difference and was great! The Esthetician took interest in the issues I felt I had with my skin and also suggested an extra treatment making sure to tell me the price which I appreciated (bonus– it only came to $ 26 after my locals discount)
Spa Mio provides you with everything you need to shower and get ready as well. They offer incredible smelling Moroccan shampoo, conditioner and body wash, as well has hair products, shaving products, lotion, deodorant, and blow dryers. I asked if they had a curling iron and Nancy, one of the amazing attendants, was happy to provide one of those as well! You’ll walk out smelling like a Moroccan goddess.
As a local, I always love finding local deals and Spa Mio offers 25% discounts to locals!

I just came to use the facilities. You can get a day pass at a discount if you’re a local. There’s a relaxation area with fruit, drinks, magazines, and sofas. In the «wet» area are lounge chairs, two hot tubs, a eucalyptus steam room, a dry sauna, and a cold waterfall shower. Finally, the locker room with all the shower amenities you need. It’s a great way to spend an afternoon when you run out of gambling money, too! $ 15-​$ 25 for the day. Perfect.

I can’t believe how long I have lived down the street from Spa Mio and that I have never been here until today. My boyfriend got me a gift card for my birthday and I booked a hot stone massage and signature facial.
From the moment I stepped in I was greeted and given a tour by Daisy the spa attendant. She was so accommodating and helpful. She arranged to have lunch delivered after my services were completed.
My hot stone massage was given by Carla and she was excellent. She asked me if I preferred all hot stone or a mix of hot stone and Swedish massage. I did a mix of the two and fell into a tiny slumber during my appointment. She also allowed me to select a scent from Doterra oils for aromatherapy during my appointment. When my massage was complete she walked me to a waiting area to wait for my facial with Sasha.
Sasha was such a sweetie and did an amazing facial. My skin was cleansed, she did extractions, applied a nice mask, finished with a moisturizer and eye cream, and a light head and neck massage. She was very friendly and informed me of some of the other popular spa services that I plan to come back for.
I had lunch overlooking the pool area. I was offered a beverage of my choice and was asked how everything was.
I finished my experience by relaxing by the jacuzzi. I didn’t go into the sauna or steam room because those aren’t really my cup of tea. Daisy brought in beverages for everyone to enjoy and they have cold cucumber slices for your eyes. I fell asleep for a short while.
This was an amazing spa experience and I will return.

I consider myself a spa brat, having been to many on and off The Strip.

The facility is gorgeous — beautiful woods, fixtures and décor. The waiting and relaxation rooms were lovely. The only space that’s a little awkward is the women’s spa/​sauna room. Lounge chairs are right next to each other and the room feels a bit small.
The customer service and little touches didn’t go unnoticed. They had placed a cute birthday sign and a few toiletries in my mom’s locker as I mentioned it was her birthday when I made the reservation. I also loved the fresh fruit juices they had prepared and ready to grab, straw and all.
My Sugar Scrub and Relaxation Massage were both incredible; the treatment rooms were relaxing and comfortable
I’m already planning my next visit to Spa Mio and don’t even mind the drive from Summerlin. It’s THAT worth it!

I was attending a formal gala at the M Resort & needed my hair & makeup done. I figured that being in Vegas, they’d have a lot of experience getting women all dolled up for things like this. WRONG. Well, not this time anyway.
My hair appt went so-​so. Looked nothing like the picture I showed her. I wasn’t overly thrilled with it. Then I was walked over to the makeup area & that’s where the nightmare began. «Melanie» was very nice & sweet, we held nice conversation. I asked for the airbrush makeup with contouring, because I like lots of coverage. I also wanted lashes to complete the glam/​formal look I was going for. When she was done & handed me the mirror, I was MORTIFIED. It looked like I had no foundation on at all, my eyeshadow was hideous, and my lips looked like the joker. I told the girls at the desk that I was ok with the hair & lashes, so I only had to pay for those services. When I got back to my room to re-​do my makeup (I only had 30 min to get ready from this point!!) I noticed that the lashes were already falling out & grossly uneven. I had no choice but to remove them, and with them came out half of my real lashes!!! Now I had to redo my makeup and stuck with sparse horrible lashes. Not cool, especially when I paid for this crappy lash service.
Not sure if anyone else at this salon does makeup application… but I do not recommend Melanie as a makeup artist unless you like having to completely redo your makeup and re grow your eyelashes! Total NIGHTMARE & the night was ruined.

First time staring at the M and tried out the day pass for the Spa ($ 15). I think my expectations were not too high because I’m used to going to Qua at Caesars Palace, but I was very impressed!
The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The décor was classy and very relaxing. The amenities were also quite nice with 2 hot tub spas with jets, a steam room, a sauna, rain shower, nice relaxation lounge, drinks, cucumbers for your eyes, abundance of towels, a very large comfy robe, showers stocked with Morrocanoil shampoo/​conditioner, and this really thick fragrant lotion.
I would definitely come back!

Went there for a massage, loved. Massage was great. Service was hospitable. Clean facilites, a nice retreat for locals (25%). Will be back!

This was my first time going to a spa so I don’t really have anything to compare it to, but I was impressed. When you first walk in and you smell the spa and you hear the music it takes you to another world far away. I had the July special which included a 50 min Relaxation Massage, a 50 min Essential Facial, and a 50 min Spa Pedicure. The whole experience was top notch! I can’t say enough about the ladies who work there from the front counter to the back of the house AAAAAAAA+++++++ all the way. I will be back soon.

I visit salons all over the US & this is at the top of my list !!! The staff is awesome.

Spent the afternoon getting a facial mani pedi and haircut. The whole experience was top notch. Upon going into the spa you feel I instantly relaxed. Staff are very courteous and they all know your name. I was escorted to each appointment and offered beverages. The robes they use are unbelievably soft and the whole place just smells fantastic. Evie did my many pedi and she has 30 years if experience — my feet were like a baby’s after she did her magic! Jackie cut my hair and has years of experience as well. Nice that there is a a discount for locals– treat yourself — you won’t be sorry!

Great experience. I had an appt for a partial highlight with Tristann, she was fabulous. Included with the salon service you get free access to the spa. Awesome spritzers, jacuzzis, and ammenities were amazing!!! Finally found a permanent salon in Vegas after 4 yrs.

Loved everything about this spa. It smells amazing and the ambiance is great. I went to use the fitness center and they had great machines with a wonderful view of the pool. I didn’t use the spa area but the whirl pool looked so relaxing. Friendly service and will come back for sure!

This is another long overdue review that I’ve been needing to write in a bad way. I actually feel guilty keeping this information all to myself for so long! This place couldn’t be more deserving of a fantastic review from yours truly.
I come to Spa Mio mostly for blowouts but I’ve had massages and facials done here as well. I like that I don’t even need to request a specific person as I know when I’m coming to Spa Mio, everyone that works here does a great job! It’s a rare thing for me to be able to say that about a salon/​spa. The fact that all of their hairdressers/​therapists are talented saves me time and headaches because then I don’t have to work around a specific person’s schedule and can just book in right away. Whomever does their hiring is on it! In addition to being great at what they do, all of the people that work here are nice and friendly and always a pleasure to deal with. I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve been coming here a lot and for a long time, as you can see from my number of checkins listed above.
They offer discounts for locals which is awesome! They also have a shop in the front where you can buy hair and skincare products, flat irons & other styling tools, bath bombs, even cute jewelry. Come a little early so that you can have a look.
Without hesitation, I can recommend Spa Mio to all of my fellow Unilocalers. This is a really beautiful spa. My sister and I went and did just s day spa pass. The only negative we had was our spa attendant was rude. We grabbed some of there «complimentary» drinks and then she said to us are you going to drink all those? And then stood on top of us while we showered and then got ready. She was super rude. But the spa itself is great.

I went to Spa Mio because a friend from work referred me and told me that locals get a 25% discount. Which makes the salon very normal pricing. I had Tristann as my stylist and I loved her! She was fantastic! She’s been doing hair for over 10 years and was amazing! All I got this time was a normal hair cut but next time I go back ill get some color and highlights.
The salon itself was luxury, five star salon with a spa connected, with any salon service you get free entry to the spa. It has hot tubs and saunas and lounge area. It was a great day trip to the strip. Totally worth the drive!!!
