This place was really good it was clean the service was friendly professional guy really knows what he’s doing. I’m definitely going back for any needs that I may have in the future. I’ve been to other places and I always feel like I get overcharged but not this time. I got a great deal with really good customer service I recommend him.

Brought in my iPhone 6 to have the screen repaired. Just picked up my phone, and everything appears to be fine. Quick, friendly & they even charged my phone for me (thank you!).
I also received a super thick screen protector at no additional charge. Very nice gesture.

This place is legit. I broght my phone in due to a cracked screen and they said they would have it ready by 1pm the next day… done and done. Samir was friendly and helpful. I came in the next day and my phone was good as new. Lowest price in the area for fast service. High recommend it.

Super great guys, nice selections of used phones. Prices for repairs are fair and they worked with my budget. I will make sure I go back to them for repairs or if my kids break another smart phone.

My daughter cracked her screen we’d JUST had repaired 6 days before. Took it back the Wireless Outlet and this time she paid to get the glass screen replaced. The owner was so nice and gave her another free screen protector and gave her $ 10 off.

This place was great in fixing my iphone screen. They were super fast, and offered to have my phone ready in 20 minutes! They’re very friendly, and didn’t try to hassle you with any questions or phone information. It was a quick in and out process, and their customer service was incredible! I definitely would recommend this place for your iphone needs.

These guys are awesome! My wife broke her iPhone 6 screen. The price can’t be beat and it was done before we even finished our lunch. My buddy, Rawlins, swears by this place too but he doesn’t have Unilocal!Ha! Don’t look anywhere else people!

Also, I called around to a few places in Green Valley. For iPhone 6 it was $ 95 for screen repair here. Everywhere else was $ 100. It’s only $ 5, but just so reviewers know. :)

Okay so an update: 18 days after I got my screen replaced it was lifting. Took it in and got it fixed, no problem. Next morning my screen cracked again! Went in and was told that the warranty doesn’t cover cracked screens. I was nice and asked them if there was anything they could do. They were very nice and replaced it for me on the spot including my free screen protector.
Randomly seen this place on Unilocal and called. The man who answered was very nice and informative. He said the time to get an iPhone 6 screen replaced was only 20 mins, 2 other places told me 2 hours!!! And he quoted me the same price as the Apple Store. Includes a warranty and free screen so I was SOLD!
Stopped in on my way to work and he said it would be an hour, I told him I would come back later and he said if I was in a hurry he could stop working on the current phone and get mine done real fast.
And that he did! Installed to perfection and the free screen protector isn’t some cheap crap. PUT THE SCREEN PROTECTOR ON WITH NO BUBBLES! Even the T-​Mobile store couldn’t do that right.
The place smelled really good as well haha.
So, yes, I HIGHLY recommend this place to ANYONE for ANYTHING!

I came into this place initially looking to buy a refurbished phone, and I mentioned off-​hand that my iPhone was bent in multiple ways and completely non-​functioning. I assumed it was a lost cause, but after showing the man my phone, he told me he would be able to get it working again as good as new. 2 hours later, and my phone has a brand new screen and exterior for a very reasonable price. I was expecting to walk out of here after spending $ 3 – 400 on a new phone, and cannot thank these gentlemen enough for making my broken phone good as new.
I hope I never have to deal with a broken phone again, but if I do, this will always be my first stop! Customer service + speedy service = happy customer

This review is wayyyy overdue! If you’re anything like me and dropping your phone every 2 seconds, Sam is a great person to have on speed dial. He fixed my iPad digitizer a few months ago and warranted me 30 days to ease my worries in case I had any future problems. He is my GO-​TO-​GUY when I crack my screen, or just need a new charger. Whatever your issue is, bring it down, he’ll beat any price in town. All he cares about is making his customers happy. Windmill & Eastern, he’s gone over & above for me more times than I can count!!! I have an iPhone 6 and one day after it slipped from my hands and hit the tile the screen shattered. (worst feeling ever). I already knew my deductible would be about $ 200 and was honestly not in any mood to spend that or go that route. After, talking with co workers and reading reviews online I came across Wireless Outlet.
I noticed that there was NOT one bad review noted and felt extremely confident in trusting this place to help fix my broken phone.
After work I went down to Wireless outlet and I work in Summerlin. So you could tell by that statement I was very much confident in this company traveling a little distance for good repair work, right? (Or so I thought)
Walked in showed my phone and right away was taken care of, all felt like a great experience. He looked at my phone and informed me not a big deal very much fixable and took great care of me this day (on a Thursday). Literally took 20 minutes to my surprise and my iPhone 6 was back to perfect. (Only $ 91 later, not bad). Although he did have advised in his store $ 5.00 off and yet I was not given that coupon.
Not even two days later, (Saturday). I was sitting at my kitchen table when my fiancé noticed the screen was lifting up and he could basically seen the light coming through the lift from the right upper side of my phone. I was told I had a 30day warranty, they are closed on Sunday and I was not able to make it back until Tuesday. Come Tuesday went back down to wireless outlet and same gentlemen at the counter, showed him the problem and he took care of it right away.
Not even ONE week later the left side of my screen is lifting up also. There is a dead zone on the bottom left portion of the screen and not to my surprise is the right side of the screen lifting as well along with the new screen he replaced is chipping pain. (It looks like its cracked in the upper right corner but, you can run your nail through it and there is NO dent, NO crack) Its the products paint or whatever material they use for their screen.
Needles to say we went to pay him another visit and were informed that we damaged the phone. (I have NOT dropped my phone, I put a tempted glass on the screen to protect it even more and have it in a durable case because I more than learned my lesson the first go around.) He pretty much told me his prices went up and he cannot help me and it would be $ 120 to replace the full screen again.
ALL I CAN SAY IS CALL YOUR INSURANCE COVERAGE FRIST — STICK WITH YOUR CARRIER AND THE ACTUAL COMPANY YOUR PHONE IS THROUGH. DO NOT TAKE THE EASY WAY OUT BECAUSE IN THE LONG RUN YOU PAY MORE MONEY.

I dropped my phone and cracked my screen, bummer. I looked through Unilocal and found several places which I called to inquire about repairing it and either they were closed or they wanted close to $ 70 to change my screen. I called this place being close to my house and Sam gave me a price of $ 49 and he was open until 7pm.
I went over to Wireless Outlet and this place is amazing!!! They buy, trade, fix phones and they have a wide selection of cases and accessories.
I met with Sam and explained to him all the issues I was having with my phone in addition to the obvious a broken screen. Sam said no problem, I can fix everything for you. I watched in amazement as he worked like a skilled surgeon. Within 30 minutes I had a phone with a fixed screen, buttons that worked and a price which was perfect.
We talked about prices on used phones in the store and they were not bad at all as I am considering upgrading to something different.
If you are looking to change phones, fix a phone or need accessories, this place is the ONLY place I recommend. If you are dealing with Sam, you WILL NOT be disappointed.

Awesome service, came to Vegas for an appointment and dropped my iphone6 shattered it completely. Walked into wireless outlet and had a brand new screen put on within the hour for less then $ 100.00 … GREAT SERVICE!!!

I’m mad because I went there and got my phone fixed and had to go back several times because the guy broke my case and he made my screen break because he didn’t give me the proper case to protect it so I don’t recommend going back there ever, you get what you pay for an already pay my monthly bill so I don’t need to be paying extra for repairs when people aren’t going to give me the proper care that I pay for! Don’t waste your time unless he gives you a new case that protects

Samir was such a nice person. Not only are his rates incredible, but his customer service is fantastic. He kept his word on the time frame and made it a really great experience. I’ll definitely refer people to him.

I’ve been to allot of phone repair, not that I’m proud of that lol… and this is definitely the best in town no doubt! Samir is awesome! Fast and super friendly service and he even gave me a loner phone so I wouldn’t be without a phone =)! My phone came back like new! So this will definitely be my new phone repair shop from now on and it should be yours too !!!
