Established in 1989.

Mark has been doing Hair since 1981. Opening his first salon in 1989.

Mark has owned three salons. All located in Hermosa Beach.

Largely working alone, in the first two locations. The third, where he now works,(505 Pier Ave) has had a variety of stylists over the years. Both contractors and employees. After nine years Mark has stepped aside and now rents a station @ 505 Pier Ave. Choosing to focus only on doing Quality Hair.

Mark began doing hair in 1981. Getting most of his foundational training from Two top notch instructors. Nicolas and Alan Bush. Both came across with the Sassoon Entourage in the mid sixties.

During Mark’s career, he has trained with Framesi, Colorly, Schwarzkopf and Goldwell color companies. For the last 15 years he has chosen to work exclusively with Goldwell. Arguably one of the finest colors on the market.

Mark focuses on creating relationships with clients. Where both clear communication and trust are developed. Mark continues to strive for Fair Exchange and Good Value in his service.

By providing styles and color that works and looks great in the client’s lifestyle. Color that shows up with dignity and class. Color that requires the least amount of maintenance.

Styles that not only look great when leaving the salon, but grows out in a way that looks good through the whole life cycle of the cut.
