In business since June of 1974 — Great wine list, traditional Italian menu, cozy intimate atmosphere, family style oriented with many regular customers from all over the country, steps from the beach for casual walks during the day or romantic walks at night. Prides itself on personalized great service, hot and flavorful food and intimate atmosphere.

In the restaurant business since 1960: La Rue Restaurant on the Sunset Strip; Italy at Dad’s restaurant on Lago Maggiore; SCAM then changed to The 9000 Restaurant on Sunset; Chasens; Perino’s; SandCastle Restaurant in Malibu; Restaurant Management Teacher Temple City High School; L.A. Trade Tech graduate and later Restaurant Management Advisory Board; CRA Scholarship Committee; at the Bottle Inn in 1974 to help open the restaurant and been at the Bottle Inn since 1977 as General Manager and eventually Co-Owner with our Head Waiter and Chef of 22 years. Well versed in preparation and service of authentic Italian Cuisine with knowledge and experience of French, Spanish, South and North African, Mexican, Cajun, and Asian Cuisines. Love to be creative and on the cutting edge. Embraces the restaurant business and its daily challenges. Focused on great food, great wines and personalized service.
