Good place if you’re into conveyor belt coffee houses. I much prefer DeBean Expresso

Good service – the manager knows me by name, even though I’m not a regular. Just wish they had a drive-thru!

This is a fabulous Starbucks. A ten minute drive from my neighborhood but very convenient and well worth it since I run most of my weekly errands around North & South Main Street. I’m from Jersey where everyone’s in a rush 24⁄7 so it’s very nice to drive by or walk up to the store and see people sitting and relaxing outside while enjoying their coffee. Within the past few weeks we’ve enjoyed: skinny vanilla latte(hot & iced), caramel macchiato, café breve, very berry hibiscus refresher, smoothies and some baked goods. Everything has been perfectly consistent in flavor, temperature and taste. Friendly, knowledgeable employees and the restroom is clean. I will continue to frequent this Starbucks. Can’t wait to try their special, seasonal drinks this fall & winter! Mmmmm, Pumpkin Spice & Gingerbread latte!

Went with my three year old granddaughter, the barista was very fast and yet took the time to be entertaining to a small child. The staff seemed to know just about everyone who came in or at least treated everyone like they knew them. Great experience

I haven’t hung out in Starbucks as much as I used to, but I had 4 hours to kill in High Point recently waiting for my wife to get off of work so I came to this newish location in the heart of the shopping district of North Main Street. I was very pleasantly surprised to find my breakfast sandwich and coffee served on a NON-DISPOSABLE plate and in a NON-DISPOSABLE mug. Like plastic water bottles, the environmental impact of millions and millions of Starbucks paper coffee cups with their heat sleeves being thrown away every year is mind-boggling(I am as guilty as anyone here, don’t get me wrong). So I am glad that this one Starbucks — at least, there may be more for all I know — is doing something to make a small dent in that. Beyond that, the shop and bathrooms are spacious and clean, and the Wi-Fi is strong. Can’t ask for more than that. I will be happy to come back by here any time I am in High Point and need coffee and internet.

I am a regular at Starbucks. Their coffee is amazing and they are very friendly and courteous! My favorite coffee is Casi Cielo!

Perfectly prepared hot beverage — rich in the caramel I love and topped in luscious whipped cream! These folks are always friendly and the service is great. New renovations to the seating area was a great improvement, seeming more spacious and more inviting!

I feel like the service at this Starbucks is much better than a few other High Point/Greensboro locations. I’ve never been dissatisfied with any of my drinks from this Starbucks. The coffee is always hot and fresh and my specialty espresso beverages are always spot on. I feel like the only downsides are that it is pretty cramped inside and always packed. Also, it shares a parking lot with a video rental store and it’s not enough parking for both businesses. I wish this location had a drive-thru and was slightly larger inside to handle their normal amount of customers.

The nicest group of employees. Will always bend over backwards for their customer. Night shift staff is the BEST!

This Starbucks is packed! I’m glad they did some remodelling and added some extra tables because this location is always really busy. Of course, that doesn’t keep the baristas from being friendly and helpful. They are always on top of their game, even if they are crazy busy here. My only complaint is the parking lot. The spaces are narrow and it’s just awkward.

Seeing as how I work here, I’m going to attempt to keep this review strictly objective. The staff has changed a lot over the course of the past year or so, but everyone has their own unique personality to bring to the table. The brewed coffee is always hot as we brew it no less than every 30 minutes. We just got the new Fizzio machine, meaning we now have the ability to make carbonated beverages. Some of them being spiced root beer, golden ginger ale, and lemon ale. All of them are pretty spectacular. If you like more of the frozen variety, ask your barista what their favorite beverage is. You can’t go wrong with a frappuccino. However, we do pride ourselves on the classics, like cappuccinos, Americanos, and latte’s. The options are endless. As far as customer service goes, we pride ourselves on having the feel of a local coffee shop. Try to come in and get to know us. We would love more regulars. If, by chance, we have an off day, please let us know how we can improve. We always strive for perfection. Thank you for your business!

One day I came in and a guy knew exactly what I wanted, a vanilla bean frappé! Honestly, I love this Starbucks. I would come in before school and get that vanilla bean frappé!

I finally visited the High Point Starbucks on Christmas Eve. This Starbucks is located at the intersection of North Main and Westchester/Eastchester. It’s attached to the Family Video.(Speaking of which, I wonder how much longer Family Video will survive with Netflix, Redbox, On Demand, Hulu, YouTube, etc. competing for its customers’ entertainment dollars.) On Christmas Eve, this Starbucks was slammed. The parking lot was completely full. We made one circle and luckily, someone was leaving, so we grabbed their spot immediately. Starbucks was open on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, beginning at 5am. I was surprised at how small and narrow this Starbucks is. There’s really not a whole lot of room to hang out in here. Most of the tables are two-seaters and they’re crammed against the window. There are a few cushion-y couches/love seats in the hallway towards the restrooms, but that’s it as far as seating goes. I observed most customers dropping in and getting their orders to-go. I had a holiday menu item: a grande Eggnog Latte, which cost me $ 4.55 plus 6.75% tax($ 0.31) equaling $ 4.86 total. The Eggnog Latte was disappointing. It wasn’t sweet, didn’t have much flavor, and wasn’t very thick. I like a rich, creamy, aromatic eggnog. This definitely wasn’t it. Oh well, I know not to order it next time. Service was fast and efficient. Free Wi-Fi.

Very pleasant staff. Great place to get some work done. Even better that it has the best«High Point» WiFi and TMO cell phone coverage.

I don’t totally agree with Ashley S’s review on the«Great Staff» part. I didn’t experience anything that was above and beyond. I actually experienced something quite different… Employees on cell phones, texting and surfing the web instead of taking care of the customer. I will say that the area is good and that it is an awesome little Starbucks as far as atmosphere goes.

Great staff, consistent drinks. Prices are consistent with most standalone Starbucks. Never had a bad experience!
