Unlike the last review, we were very impressed with JW Fields. Our septic tank is over 200 feet from our house and there is no place to drive a large truck to anywhere close to it. Field’s guy looked at it, said he thought he could pump it, but didn’t have enough hose so they would have to come back. Asked that we call the office and reschedule. We did, they returned on the agreed upon date and time and did a great job. This was all after King Septic charged us $ 65.00 just to tell us they wouldn’t do the job. Very disappointed in King, but J W Fields is great! Office and field staff are very friendly and professional.
