This review is regarding the basic wash, which is $ 8. When I went, there was a person who asked you what wash you wanted and ran your car, I’m not sure if there is always an attendant/​cashier there to help.
I took my car here after a few drivings in the snow so my car was quite filthy. I went around 530p on Thursday and there was no wait. My car came out looking amazing. I’m not always positive that the premium car wash options are worth the price but I was in a hurry and just wanted to get the majority of the snow/​salt off of my car.
Because I was in such a hurry, I did not get to take advantage of the free vacuuming and such but quite a few customers were and it seems like a great idea.
I’m not in this area often but I’ll definitely keep it in mind the next time I need a wash!

A great place to wash Oliver, our big greenish, land whale. The employees are always really nice. If you check in on Unilocal,they’ll give you a free detail kit ($ 2 value) to help with cleaning windows, dashboards, etc. In the pre-​wash area are super suction vacuums on both sides of the car! No more dragging the hose through to clean the other side. Run your floor mats through the fun floor mat machines to get the fabric or rubbery mats clean. Drive your car through the washing area — the kids love the multicolored soapy goo (aka ‘car ice cream’) getting sprayed on the windows. If your car isn’t perfectly clean — they let you drive through again for free. I have only had to do that once, after an especially bug-​splatty road trip. Oliver always enjoys a sparkling clean trip to the car wash! Tip: You get to use the short express lane if you buy a multi-​wash discount card.

While I do like this car wash a lot, I was shocked that the holiday special went up $ 50 from last year. Last year you could buy an unlimited Holiday Yearly Express Pass for $ 199 and now it’s $ 249, which is a 25% increase. Wow! Can’t afford it this year so guess will just go once in awhile.

All I can say is WOW what a teeeeerific place! They have free vacuums. There is hardly ever a line thanks to their FAST PASS LANE. Boy do I sure love their $ 30/​mo membership! Every time I come in the guys at the car wash sure know how to get my car bright and shiny, perfectly clean EVERY time! This really is a relief too because there are so many other washes in town that either don’t get the car clean, or worse yet they actually scratch your car and do nothing to fix it. But not CAR WASH EXPRESS, they do a great job every time. Not only do they have free vacuums, $ 2 detail kits, and the best deal in town… but they also have a trained AUTO GLASS technician on site that fixes the dings in my windshield, and its free through my insurance! Although my windshield is getting pretty pitted so I think I might replace it soon, good thing they’re preferred through my insurance that way I know I can count on them for the replacement as well! All around best car wash i’ve ever been to. Way to keep up the good work guys, see ya next week! :))))))

Just had my first experience here. At these types of car washes, I get the basic wash and then use a microfiber towel to hand dry it myself. I get my car washed pretty consistently and keep a close eye on the body because it’s a new car that I’m proud of.
After exiting Car Wash Express, I pull over to hand dry my car and what do you know, there are two spots of clear scratches on the vehicle and my top rubber gutter was completely torn off. Unfortunately the scratches are not bad enough to justify small claims court, but they’re definitely noticeable if you point them out. Learn from my mistakes and don’t trust the wash not to damage your vehicle.

This place is always friendly and attentive. Very good outcome on the wash almost every time.
I have been using this wash since they oped several years ago. One thing they could work on is not having the windshield repair guys peering at your windshield while they trolling around the lot. It is a bit uncomfortable. However I am sure they get a little commission or incentive for each repair they do, so I can see both sides.

I love this place because there’s lots of things that are included and it’s fair prices. To all the people complaining about spots etc., that happens at every wash get over it. I may have a bias because I used to work here but it’s been 2 years since I worked there and I still go back usually once a week. Dane and the staff always know how to make me smile and it’s the only place that gets my car perfectly clean!

The positive is that this place is convenient to where I live and the service is always friendly and attentive. Nice that they have dual lanes since it can get busy on weekends.
Now the con. At the end of the wash there is a «bright shine» treatment that sprays a chemical/​treatment on your vehicle and it appears that is what causes the wash to leave spots on your vehicle. The «rain» treatment at the end does not put out enough water to clear my cars so there are ALWAYS spots on my cars after I leave. I still frequent this place simply because of the convince and proximity to my home.
I hope that they will adjust/​fix this spotting issue in the future. Then I will update my rating to 6 stars.

Love this place! Always very satisfied with the wash and the value equals their prices. I like that you can access a vacuum from either side of the car, mat washers are fantastic.
Additionally, even though the windshield guys, Insight glass, walk around inspecting, they really don’t bother you unless they see a problem with your windshield. I have actually used their services twice, once for a windshield replacement and once for a chip repair (different cars! I sought them out the second time I was so pleased the first time). Both experiences were amazingly painless and above satisfactory in terms of service, ease, and product. Their windshields are warrantied for life and they handle the claim with your insurance at the time of service. They gave me $ 50 off my windshield deductible and they came to my house to replace it when it was convenient for me. So easy! Highly recommend windshield service if you find yourself in need.

CONSUMER ALERT!
Car Was Express tore of the front bumper of my Mercedes and refused to pay for it or have their insurance cover it. Manager was rude and suggest I «go to small claims court.»
Rather sad, consider the better options available in the market with hand dry service for 3 bucks more a month. I switched over immediately to another company and couldn’t be happier!!!

Free vacuum! That’s nice. I hate always having to search for quarters, especially when most self-​serve car washes accept debit cards now. So, that was a nice perk. Then, the wash did a good job on my black-​cherry colored car. It would be nice if they had people at the end to dry and wax the car, but they don’t. Overall, a nice, efficient place. Try to avoid weekends, or get there early and give yourself plenty of time.

I LOVE to clean my car. I really do. It is just so satisfying!
This place is great. You drive in and vacuum your car and empty out the insane amount of trash — I mean, seriously, where does all that crap come from??? I vacuum every inch of my car. Then, I get out my interior cleaning wipes and just go nuts. Meanwhile, my dog usually suns herself in the back, and watches all the other ranchers cleaning out their SUVs while the kids are in school.
They even have a windshield repair guy if you need one. Usually I give him the stink eye though (sorry dude) because all I see is some guy approaching my vehicle and my mugger alert goes off.
My only complaint is that the back gate of my car doesn’t come clean. I better remove a star for that. I am reviewing a car wash here, lets keep the standards high.
Good thing the vacuums rule.

I like the car wash a lot. Best tunnel for a non-​full service. I bought the monthly pass for the winter for 30 bucks. I go a few times a week because you never know when it is going to snow again. I do like the vacuums too. And it’s been great since they added the access to both sides of the car so I don’t have to move. My big complaint and reason for NOT giving 5 stars… the window crack guys that prowl. Hate this! Please leave.

I like going to this car wash because it is fast and close to home. The automatic ultimate wash does a great job of cleaning my ride and there are usually only a couple of drops of water that need to be hand dried. The free vacuums are definitely a plus as well. Keep up the good work CWE!

It is hard to fine a good car wash that will wash your car completely — but this place does it. Plus they have vacuums and floor mat washing machines.
If you think you will be back again — I recommend purchasing a 5-​pack car wash. All you have to do it drive up and toss your coin in (this could mean the difference between getting a vacuum station right away or not).
My only gripe is that they are bit too popular on the weekends and often times I have to wait for a vacuum station.
Warning — this is not a touchless car wash — so if you don’t want the ‘hula dancers’ washing/​touching your car then I would go somewhere else.

What I don’t like:
The vacuum attachments are the narrow pieces, not a brush-​like piece. Vacuuming was kind of tedious because of the attachment on the vacuum.
It was pricey in my opinion. $ 7 bought you the most basic wash, which seemed like a waste. So then you’re left with either $ 10 or $ 13. I spent $ 10 and was happy with the job it did, but considering I was vacuuming myself, I think $ 10 is pretty pricey. In chicago, I paid $ 13 to have someone else thoroughly vacuum the inside AND clean the windows and vinyl. I think $ 10 is a bit much, especially considering that similar style car washes in other areas of the Denver metro can be more affordable, around $ 8.
If they raise their prices any more, I would go elsewhere.
