I collaborated on design work with Brett Suder, and it was a great experience! He was very easy to work with and we were able to come up with a great final product for his dealership. Additionally, I came in to visit the dealership and the staff was extremely friendly and even took me for a ride in the Ferrari 458 (Add this to your bucket list people!)

We were here for a mixer event and I thought that the place was really nice but the cars are kind of close together so I was super scared my purse or something would rub one of the cars and I’d have felt awful.
It’s a very nice dealership though the employees were very nice and there is lots of information about these amazing cars.

The office staff is pleasant to work with, but the quality of the work and technicians is worse than a shade tree mechanic. Spent over a thousand dollars tracking issue with stereo and also an error code. Also when they worked on radio they cut the dash leather around the radio housing and it is visible. Radio issue ended up being a fuse located in the fuse box I found at home after them saying it was a 2000 dollar amplifier issue… Amplifier was fine.
Also didn’t have the tools to reset the computer system but charged me for labor. Other issues were the tire monitors they sold me at over 100 apiece have also now failed to work within a year and a battery less than a year old is also testing bad and will need replaced again.
Horrible service techs and repair place to take to. Use Mike Ward Maserati as they know what they are doing, fix it right the first time and also charge nearly 40% less for labor let alone all the wasted hours this company bills because they don’t know what they are doing.

Ferrari of Denver is an amazing place. If you’re a car person, you need to check this place out. The store is always filed with beautiful machines, from exotic, luxury to even classic American muscle. The reason I give it 5 stars however, is because of the staff. The management, sales and marketing people, even the mechanics are some of the nicest people I’ve met. They are extremely welcoming every time I step into the store. They also host several events that benefit the community: Christmas toy drive to children’s hospital and the Polo classic that benefits disabled children. You can feel they are very passionate about their jobs. I strongly recommend this place to anyone that is into cars.

Unlike Thomas K’s disparaging review below, I have had quite the opposite experience with Ferrari, Bentley, Lotus of Denver. Any business or events pertaining to F.O.D. that I have been a part of have been nothing short of extraordinary. The staff are all very knowledgeable and welcoming to new and returning customers, with a emphasis on maintaining long lasting relationships. With inventory that is constantly changing, I look forward to stopping by and hopefully finding my next purchase with the help of the kind and energetic staff. I strongly recommend shopping here if you are in the market for some of the most beautiful/​high performance automobiles this world has to offer.

As a former customer, I have to warn people that they should make every effort to not do business here. They are the only game in town for Ferrari; however, the current general manager and assorted salesmen are not interested in forming long-​lasting relationships. I have purchased multiple cars here, and while actively negotiating another, the car was sold to another buyer without any notification /​last chance option to me. This is but one example of poor decisions the dealership has made, and I will now be taking my business elsewhere. I only hope that a completely new management and sales team will come in to exterminate the greedy and short-​sighted attitudes currently on display.
