History

Established in 1996.

Fireplaces by Design was created by their Parent Company,

Design Air, Inc to fufill a need in the hearth industry. The next generation of gas fired & pellet stoves were changing how business was done. They were being designed with much more complicated control systems. It was the perfect time for Design Air to become involved. These new control systems needed professional services. This is why Fireplaces by Design employs licensed & insured professionals to care for all of your fireplace needs.

Larry S.

Manager

Larry has been in the Hearth industry for 14 years. Larry is highly educated in this field. He is a Master Hearth Professional. To attain this he has passed rigorous examiniations on a yearly basis in all three fuel certifications: Gas, Woodburning & Pellet. This is a prestigioius certification that few professionals in the field has attained.

Larry constantly adds to his education by taking current courses offered by both the manufacturers & the National Fireplace Institue (NFI).

Great service! We wanted a pellet stove and knew the one we wanted based on the recommendation of a friend. We called and were given the pricing information over the phone.
They came out within a couple if days to check out the room it was to go in and we had it a week later. There was no pressure to buy and no upselling. They were very transparent with the costs involved. Their install price was very fair and they had a nice selection of hearths.
The install team was great and they really did a great job not only on the install but the inservice for our new stove.
I bought 1 ton of pellets and the price was very competitive and the delivery guys were nice enough to put them in the garage for me (I had only expected them to be left in the driveway).
I wouldn’t look anywhere else. The experience was great from start to finish.

Fantastic service from the sales staff straight through to the installers. Top quality info on the equipment options and any rebates that were available. Great service and support. Direct, and no hard sell. Highly recommended! My home has never been so comfortable.
